*** Kunder möts på upphämtningsplatsen och transporteras till sin destination. *** * Vi kommer att försöka nå dig vid ankomst via din angivna kontaktinformation, dvs. sms, telefon eller e-post. *** Upphämtning på flygplatsen *** * För flygplatsankomster kommer vi att anlända vid den schemalagda tiden, vänligen meddela oss om eventuella flygförseningar och inställda flyg så snart som möjligt, vi kommer också att övervaka ditt flyg för förseningar och inställda tider efter bästa förmåga och kommer att arbeta för att boka om din upphämtning att möta dig inom 20 minuter efter ditt flyg ankomst för att ta emot den tid det tar att tullklarera och hämta ditt bagage. * För internationella ankomster kommer vi att möta dig efter att du har klarat tullområdet och hämtat ditt bagage och sedan gått ut förbi tulldisken genom de säkra dörrarna till mötesområdet D. * För inrikes ankomster kommer vi att möta våra kunder antingen genom bagagerum eller mötesområde A, B eller C beroende på din flight gate. * Vi kommer också att hålla en skylt som en papper/iPhone/IPad med ditt namn på.

Peter was our driver and he's very nice! he picks us up on time. I set my pickup time a lot later than our flight arrival time just in case for any delays, but they asked the flight number and picks us up right on time. He even takes our picture along the way to Banff.

Excellent Early Morning Shuttle Service We booked an airport shuttle from Banff to Calgary, and Peter was an amazing driver. He picked us up at 2 AM to ensure we arrived on time, and despite the icy road conditions, he got us to the airport safely and smoothly. He had the car warmed up for us and even provided bottled water, which was a thoughtful touch. The ride was comfortable, and we really appreciated his professionalism and reliability—especially at such an early hour. If you’re looking for a dependable shuttle service, I highly recommend Peter!

We needed to depart Banff for the Calgary airport much earlier than any of the standard shuttles run. Our driver Peter was great! He was at our hotel ahead of our 2:30am pickup time. He had plenty of room for our ski bag and luggage. The vehicle was very clean and the whole process went really smooth. We would use this service again!

Peter was a terrific and patient driver. He was waiting for us as we pulled together our family of 5 (a little tardy) and yet got us to the airport in good time. In addition, he waited while we retrieved an item that had been lost at the airport on the first leg of our journey. Highly recommend this shuttle service!
