Börja ditt äventyr med en bekväm pickup från Canmore eller Banff. Hoppa ombord på en bekväm, luftkonditionerad skåpbil och ge dig iväg på en naturskön bilresa till Lake Louise. Anländ till Lake Louise, känd för sin livliga turkos färg, skapad av glacial stenmjöl. Sjön är inramad av höga toppar och Victoriaglaciären. It is the only way to see the lakes as private vehicles are not allowed. It was nice to have a drive in as we relaxed in a big commercial bus. People need to be on time just like the airlines. SOL if you miss it. The driver even waited for missing passengers. Thank you James!
A great tour and guide. We had over an hour at each lake and very easy drop off/pick up each time. Our driver was great and gave us lots of information about the lakes, area and his experiences. Viator has always been a great company for tours, I have used them in the past over seas as well. Highly recommend this tour.
There is nowhere to park the car to take this bus. They gave an instruction to park in a public parking lot, which is always full. So we paid but unable to get on this bus for the tour.
Our driver/ guide Dave was excellent Gave us a lot of information about the area while driving us to Lake Louise Trip was cut short because of the rain and previous accident but no partial refund was offered - lost at least an hour and a half from what was scheduled 😢
Attended the tour yesterday picked up from Banff and was bitterly disappointed. The tour said 1 hour fifteen minutes in each spot and we got just under an hour. The tour overview promised guide with local knowledge instead we got a driver who didn’t say more then two words. He only told us a time to be back at the bus. And to top it off he made us pay him $5 as a mandatory tip??? I was fooled in to thinking it was a park fee but it turned out it was for his own pocket! I have contacted the team to try and at the very least get my 5 dollars back but they have since stoped replying after I asked for it refunded. It is a beautiful place but use another company to get you there.
Horrible never made it on the trip due to lack of infotgiven. Traveling with a disabled person and no one seemed to care that he can't walk. Booked this tour specifically due to my partner not being able to walk and was refused a refund when I was told after the fact we would have to walk super far just to get to the shuttle. If that's the case I would've had him walk himself to the water. Extremely sad and Viator doesn't seem to care either . Discriminating is crazy from these companies do not book
Right before boarding i asked the driver if his tour was the one from Viator. His reply was "i have no idea". So i said that my tour is for Lake Louise and Morraine Lake and there are four of us and to check his list if my name was there. And so it was and 4 of us boarded. You are operating a tour where clients pay thru Viator website. How the hell wouldnt you know that it is from Viator?? He gave the same answer to the other lady who was also asking. Not very friendly. Then the tour started. We were given 1 hour in lake louise and 1 hour in Morraine Lake. My guest was from Ireland and he felt the time given at each site is very little. At least it should have been 1 hr and a half. I heard the same sentiment from other passengers. Lastly i prepared a tip of $40 for the 4 of us. But then on our stop at Morraine Lake he told everyone to prepare $5 for each passenger when we board the bus. And when we boarded he went to each seat and asked if we have given a tip already. I think that is very rude. Why not wait for it to be given to you. So instead of giving him $40 i gave him $20. We were not happy of how this tour was handled. When i have guest visiting, i am now thinking twice of using Viator.

Convenience of going see the lakes without the stress of booking in the canada parks website which fills up really fast.
Bus ride was great. Bus driver was nice and knowledgeable. The views were breathtaking. Would absolutely go again.
