Chiara was punctual, personable, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable. Her enthusiasm for Italy and genuine care for her guests really stood out. If you’re booking a tour with Towns of Italy, I highly recommend requesting Chiara if you have the opportunity. She helped turn a great tour into an unforgettable one.
We the best time and experience in Italy with Hether. He was amazing so knowledgeable kind and personable just a sweet guy with a great sense of humor. He always kept us moving and never bored. His stories were funny and interesting to listen to. The ride home group singalong to John Denver and the Eagles I’ll never forget the rest of my life! If you book this tour you must ask for Hether he is just the best!

This tour was absolutely fantastic and a highlight of our trip to Florence! Francesca was a wonderful tour guide, who shared lots of interesting information about Tuscany. Siena and San Gimignano were awesome to see but the highlight of the whole tour was the vineyard and dinner in the Chianti countryside. The food was amazing and it was absolutely beautiful. Best tour we've done in Italy!
