This was one of the highlights of our trip and an unforgettable experience for my husband and me! A luxurious charter bus took our large tour group into the beautiful Tuscan countryside, where we were welcomed with wine and toast. Everything was incredibly well organized, with seamless transitions from handmade pasta to fresh pesto and finally to gelato. For the gelato portion, everyone was divided into small groups, with each group creating one of about fifteen different flavors. It was a fun way to experience the process, and afterward we all got to sample every flavor. During the breaks, we had the chance to chat with fellow travelers from around the world, which made for such a warm and enjoyable atmosphere. Noemi, Beatrice, and Camilla were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the day. The entire kitchen staff worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly, and their hard work truly showed. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Florence. It was the perfect escape from the city and a wonderful way to experience the beauty, food, and hospitality of Tuscany.

Such good fun. Beautiful afternoon. Great opportunity to mix with other holiday makers. Enjoy wine/beer (or water) and make delicious pizza in a proper oven 'like a real nonna' in the beautiful hills of Floence and for dessert 10 different flavours of gelato made by your own fair hands, bring empty bellies and a camera for the views. Well worth it.

One of our family's favorite activities of our entire 2 week Europe trip! The guides/chefs were accommodating, fun, and funny, and the food was outstanding. The location and view are gorgeous and such a wonderful place to spend half a day. I highly recommend this activity!

I highly recommend this tour. Our family of 4 had one of our most memorable days through this experience. It was relaxing and exciting to take part in this experience. Letizia was a very charismatic guide who really set a fun and positive tone for the day. She had lots of local knowledge and gave us enough history to pique our interest without boring us. Her love of Tuscan cuisine and customs shone through. Alessia was a generous host answering lots of questions with a side of fun and comedy. Her guidance in the pasta making was very much appreciated, especially with our children. Carmela was a rock star, she was so much fun, focusing not just on the food but on connecting with each member of the group.

Despite the July heat, we have a wonderful time. I attended this tour with my husband and our 10-year-old daughter. The tour started by meeting our group near the Florence train station (Firenze Santa Maria Novella), and from there we walked about 15 minutes in the awful mid-day heat (be sure to bring a hat, fan and water!) and then loaded onto a mildly air-conditioned, albeit comfortable bus that took us to the farmhouse in the Tuscan countryside. I recall the drive being about a hour. Once we arrived, the entire experience greatly improved from that point forward. Our instructors were wonderful and created a fun and insightful experience. The inside of the house was air-conditioned, which was a critical component for our enjoyment and comfort. We learned how to make two types of pasta as well as gelato, with bottomless Chianti wine and water being served. We then sat down to eat and enjoy the delicious pasta we had made, family-style. Following our meal we enjoyed sampling all of the flavors of gelato made by the group. Everything was delicious! Our ride back to Florence was on the same bus as before, and given the cooler evening temperatures, it was a much more comfortable ride the second time around. This was our favorite excursion during our two-week Italy trip, and we highly recommend it.

We booked this pasta and gelato making class for our family of five during our trip to Florence, and it was a highlight of our whole vacation! The coordinators were warm, welcoming, and made everyone feel right at home from the start. Making the pasta was both easy and entertaining — even the less experienced cooks in our group had no trouble keeping up, and the instructors made the whole process fun. The gelato-making was just as enjoyable, with a great variety of flavors to try. The wine served along the way was a delicious bonus! One of our favorite parts was the family-style meal at the end, where we sat down together to enjoy the pasta and sauces we'd all made. It was a great opportunity to connect with other travelers in our class, and everyone left full and happy. We're already looking forward to receiving the recipes so we can recreate the experience at home. Highly recommend this class for anyone visiting Florence — a wonderful mix of good food, good company, and hands-on fun!

We had the most amazing time learning how to make 2 types of pasta, pesto, ragu, and gelato. Gloria, Alecia and Costante were terrific teachers. The food was delicious! I can’t rave enough about this place!
