Lär dig göra färsk pasta, som våra mormödrar gjorde dem i Italien. Vi kommer att lära dig varje process och stå vid sidan om att du lär dig varje steg. VI KOMMER TILLBERED 3 TYPER AV FÄRSK PASTA som RAVIOLI, TORTELLI och PAPPARDELLE, och samtidigt kommer kocken också att tillaga matchande såser som smör och salvia, arrabbiata och gammaldags toskansk ragù Du behöver inte ta med dig något eftersom all utrustning kommer att erbjudas av oss. Till slut äter vi allt vi har förberett. Under upplevelsen kan vi dricka gott toskanskt vin eller obegränsat Vår matlagningsskola ligger inne i ett medeltida torn från 1200-talet, ett stenkast från Brunelleschis kupol. Där du kommer att andas luften och livet av Dante Alighieri, det italienska språkets far eftersom tornet där vi ska laga mat tillhörde hans frus familj.

So much fun! Making pasta with my family and sharing the results was lots of fun. Our chef was very helpful and !!!
Valentino was a fantastic host, explaining everything and demonstrating as we went through the process. It was such an amazing experience in the traditional wine cellar of the restaurant and we made and ate three delicious dishes family style. Would absolutely recommend!
My family had such a great time. Our chef, Nico was wonderful. He was very helpful, gave great instructions, and we created yummy pasta.
This was a great experience for me. I learned a lot about how to cook an authentic Italian dishes with the help of our wonderful chef, Ariana. We made three different dishes. I never had so much fun making food. And of course, the wine was delicious as well! The highlight of it all - we got to eat what we made! The venue was nice as well. I highly recommend it for anyone, and it is absolutely a must if you are a foodie.
If you have the chance to do this class in Florence it is so worth it! We had chef David who was incredible, he shared all the recipes from his nonna and we learned how to make a ton of different kinds of pasta. The wine really is unlimited and the food is great! So worth it!!!!
Francesca was an amazing host and chef! We made pasta that was surprisingly (because none of us ever made it) absolutely delicious! The venue was nice and the ingredients fresh. We highly recommend this activity, perfect to get out of the Florentine afternoon sun.
Incredible experience. Chef was so lively and fun. The recipes were delicious. The servings were large! Not to mention the wine. This wasn’t jug wine, fantastic tuscan varietals. Book the 2:30 and you won’t need dinner! So much fun.
