It was a guided tour of the Duomo in Firenze and the tour guide was excellent. Great value for money
Our Duomo Cathedral guided tour was informative and well organized. The guide explained the history of the cathedral in an engaging and easy-to-understand way, pointing out details we would have missed on our own
We could not locate the tour guide, and received conflicting information from each official we approached. We never did find the tour and had to buy new tickets as my daughter had her heart set on seeing the Duomo
We have CCTV footage confirming that our host was present at the meeting point throughout the scheduled time. Unfortunately, you did not arrive at the designated meeting point, which is why you were unable to join the experience.
I purposefully wanted to avoid a guided tour, and just get a skip the line ticket. Alas, upon arrival, they informed me there was no such thing, and I was assigned to a guided tour group. The line was significant, close to an hour. The guide was alright, but not what I intended and allegedly sold.
Thank you for your feedback. Our product is not a skip-the-line ticket. It is a hosted entry experience with timed access, and waiting at the security and entrance lines is managed by the museum and can take time. We will also review your comment regarding the guided tour assignment.
Please note if you book with a guide who tells or as we obviously had done, even had to walk around with your own phone in human mylderet. No help only reference to queue to get in. Doumoen is more beautiful from the outside.
Thank you for your feedback. Our product is a hosted entry with an optional audio guide, not a live guided tour. The host assists guests with entry, while the audio guide is self-guided on your own phone. This information is clearly stated in the product description.
This was a great tour, family of 4 with teens, it was very informative, perfect length and great tour guide.
Guide was excellent; earpieces needed rubber to not slip out and the reception distance was so small that you had to really work to stay near the guide; packed a lot of learning into just an hour which was good in the heat of summer.
I booked for 9.30 entry. Met the Viator rep at 9.15. At 9.30 the guide took us to a queue for entry. I then discovered the Duomo did not open for us till 10.15?? It took about 10/15minutes to get to the Duomo entrance. So my 9.30 entry was 10.30...queuing for 1 hour...and we were in the Duomo approx 30 mins so the sale of this ticket was very misleading. However the guide Patricia was excellent and very informative. And the Duomo is definitely worth visiting.

Tour guide was energetic and did a good job explaining the tour. This tour was 2/3 outside the cathedral with guide explaining history of the facility, and 1/3 inside the cathedral.
They canceled my visit, and there is no way to contact them for the refund. I have tried in every possible way.
