If you wish to understand more than just walking in and viewing this amazing building you need to have a guide and Claudia who we had yesterday was passionate and enthusiastic. I can’t recommend him highly enough . It bought the building to life it’s history the art work . Thank you 🤗
Bring a fan, it gets hot. Our guide was amazing, he was very knowledgeable and made the experience wonderful. We were a little late due to our train being late and they were so friendly and accommodating. This father and son team was amazing.

We had Claudio and he was fantastic! It was super easy to find him - the instructions were very clear. We were able hear him perfectly thanks to the headphones he provided. He gave us a history of the area surrounding the Duomo which was really helpful. This might as also a truly a "skip the line" experience. We were the very first ones inside and was able to get wonderful photos. This ticket also gave us entry to the crypt below the church (Brunelleschi's tomb) as well as the museum across the street. 10/10 recommend.
This was a brilliant tour! The guide knew so much and conveyed it all in a charismatic and interesting way. I also really appreciated the dedication of the company -- we had a bit of a mishap on the way over and arrived late, but they seamlessly integrated us into the tour and we left feeling like we hadn't missed anything. Great family company!
