Lär dig göra färsk pasta, som våra mormödrar gjorde dem i Italien. Vi kommer att lära dig varje process och står vid sidan om att du lär dig varje steg. Erbjuds i en matlagningsskola belägen i ett medeltida torn från 1200-talet, ett stenkast från Brunelleschis kupol. Där du kommer att andas luften och livet av Dante Alighieri, det italienska språkets far eftersom tornet där vi ska laga mat tillhörde hans frus familj.

This class was our best experience in all of Italy! Chef Gio had unlimited energy and was very entertaining. The good wine and the food was absolutely delicious. We will remember this for eternity! Thanks Chef G 🙌🏻
This was our favorite thing we did in Florence!! The class was so interactive and we had a blast meeting other travelers. Valerio was a lovely instructor!!

This was a really awesome family experience. We learned a lot and had loads of fun. My only problem was the chef collected all the pasta and cooked it together so the pasta we ate was not the pasta we made. Kinda hard to separate when it’s a large class but we expected to eat the pasta we made ourselves. Other than that it was amazing.

The cooking class took place in a beautiful and clean location, everything was perfectly prepared, and the head chef guided us through the pasta-making process with good humor and a lot of passion. It was a great experience that was very worthwhile and that we would definitely repeat. The "beautiful pappardelle" were definitely a highlight of our vacation!

A little warm but all was amazing. Food was delicious. The best Italian I have ever made/tasted.
I would highly recommend doing this class! It was a very fun way of spending the evening with a bunch of friendly strangers, making pasta and drinking wine. You can eat and drink essentiallyas much as you want. Our chef/guide was super friendly and outgoing, and made this a special experience.
