Vår cykeltur i Florens kombinerar historia, lokal smak och dolda pärlor på ett roligt och avslappnat sätt – allt utan turistmassorna. Under ledning av en passionerad lokal guide trampar du genom historiska stadsdelar som Oltrarno, utforskar ikoniska monument och upptäcker stadens bäst bevarade hemligheter. Längs vägen kommer vi att peka ut var du kan prova Florens bästa gelato, tryffel delikatesser, och även den berömda bistecca alla Fiorentina, historiska vinfönster, etc. Det är det ultimata sättet att uppleva Florens som en lokalbo.

Piazza del Duomo är hjärtat av Florens, omgivet av fantastiska arkitektoniska mästerverk, inklusive den ikoniska katedralen med sin magnifika kupol. Ponte Vecchio - "Old Bridge", är en medeltida bro som sträcker sig över floden Arno i Florens. Noterad för att fortfarande ha butiker byggda längs den, som en gång var vanligt. Slaktare ockuperade ursprungligen butikerna; nuvarande hyresgäster är juvelerare, konsthandlare och souvenirförsäljare.

Our guide did the best she could, but unfortunately it wasn’t enough to enjoy the tour. - there was not a lot of distance covered when biking - all of the sights covered could easily be covered by a good day of walking - many of the squares don’t allow riding so had to dismount and walk through crowds with the bike - the audio was fine for us but others had issues at least to start - the bikes were not safe. The mechanic was on vacation and one of our bikes broke down and we had to wait for a new bike. It was missing the part to keep the wheel attached. Luckily it didn’t cause an accident. Do yourselves a favour and walk around or join a walking tour.

Julietta shared wonderful knowledge about Florence with us and guided us through Florence on less traveled and mostly shaded paths. Through the headphones, she kept pointing out special features to us during the ride. The tour is rather short and offers breaks for photos and brief glimpses, e.g., into churches.
A great way to be introduced to Florence. It’s a very easy ride to do, and our guide Julia was wonderful.
I only had one day in Florence and looked for an efficient way to see the main sights and get an idea what Florence is about past and present. The tour did all that and was a lot of fun. Outstanding guide Julia provided history & context & was super committed to give us the best tour experience, going uphill to the Rose Garden with us for an amazing view of Florence. Comfortable bike, very enjoyable throughout.
Raffaello was great living with him was a very pleasant experience That touch of originality in his descriptions gave the tour a different feel

My family (2 children, parents and grandparents) did a wonderful bike tour of Florence. Our guide, Julia, was terrific and extremely knowledgeable about everything we saw. She picked a great route, showing us loads of sights without too much traffic, allowing us to see much more than we would if we were on foot. Would recommend for all ages.
Julia was an excellent guide. She was diligent about taking time to show us places of interest, taking photos of us, recommending places to go for great local food. She was not simply focused on the tourist points. She also showed us places the locals like to go. Different restaurants, places for a drink, gellatto, markets, etc. She didn't rush us at any of the places we stopped to visit. She made an otherwise hot day, very pleasant and truly memorable.
