We caught a 8ft 300 lb Marlin. It was an amazing experience. We will definitely do it again when we return.

Do not believe the tour description, we took tour on June 24, the day started boarding an old dilapidated boat, the tour guides said nothing, no greeting, no overview, no safety talk, I had to ask for life jackets and they thought I was crazy. The weather was bad the swells were huge, we had to hang on for dear life and all passengers requested to return early on and they refused all 5 of us. you do not fish, they troll lines out the boat, no food or drinks, boat is small and water is so rough we remained seated for 4 hours. The other family on board begged to go back as they vomited off the boat for hours. Bottom line no safety precautions taken, passengers not listened to , conditions out at sea were dreadful, this is not a fishing tour, no rods in hands, just trolling through huge swells. We emailed prior to trip requesting what to expect and bring and were sent the below response “ You traveling with 6 other people for food. When he's sailing far out, he can't eat too much so he doesn't get seasick and might vomit. You can bring chocolate. If he wants soda, we have water, beer, and rum on the boat, but he can't drink too much so he doesn't get seasick. I hope you understand”. The few review here tell me this is not a legitimate operation. Requested refund and outlined need for safety review but Trip advisor/viator they responded 30 minutes later advising a thorough review conducted no refund? In 30 minutes a thorough review? Do better trip advisor/ viator. Promoting unsafe and misleading tours is unethical. I guess it will take a terrible accident for them to open their eyes.

I had such a good time! Danny was great he helped us get our fish wrapped to take back to our resort. As well as help with transportation. The other gentleman that was a guide was super nice and talkative. He helped/ talked me through when I was reeling my fish. I will say take nausea medicine if you drink the night before. I like roller coasters , sky diving ect but this did make my stomach feel queezy…but that’s the name of the game. I’d do it all over again stomach ache or not! 10/10!!!

It was very fun and we caught 6 fish. Just remember if the fish don’t feel like biting you won’t catch very many but definitely worth the experience and the staff was very friendly and tried their best to get them biting

We booked a fishing excursion for a 9am slot the next morning. Late the night before they said they had to move us to 12. We rearranged our day and were in the lobby at 11:45 ready. No one came. We called at 12:15 to check in and he said there was traffic. 12:45 called again with our resorts help with the language barrier. He was more than an hour away cause he went to the wrong hotel. We wrote the tour company to try and reschedule and they did not respond. Second email we got zero personal response and just a refund message. Very disappointing as my one request from my spouse was to go fishing on this trip.

Do not book, stay away from this excursion and company. Booked for a two-person 4 hour fishing excursion for Friday June 5th at 1pm. The company messaged me a few days prior to say they changed the time to 10am on Friday. We cancelled our previous morning plans so we could go on our $300 fishing excursion. We got ready Friday morning, and sat in the hotel lobby for three hours waiting for our pick up. They said they were running late. Then messaged that they were stuck in traffic. An hour later they messaged and cancelled for the day. We wasted the morning and early afternoon that day waiting in our hotel lobby for hours. They messaged later and said they could reschedule for the following day, at noon. I confirmed this twice via text. We canceled a previous-scheduled Friday excursion so we could go on our fishing excursion. Since it was within 24 hours of cancelling the previous excursion, we weren't eligible for a refund for that excursion. After waiting in the hotel lobby again on Friday morning to get picked up for the fishing excursion, I decided to call them. They said it was again cancelled for today. So, horrible customer service. Horrible communication. And we cancelled two other excursions for the fishing excursion (one without a refund), for a fishing excursion that was cancelled numerous times. Please, do not book from this company or any other fishing excursion that appears to be similar to this company.
