Du kommer att besöka 3 familjeägda vingårdar och smaka på en imponerande pall med Chianti-viner. Du kommer att besöka vingårdarna och vinkällarna och ge en närmare titt på produktionen och åldringsprocessen. Dessutom kommer du att få reda på mer om hemligheterna bakom en uppskattad italiensk ingrediens, extra jungfruolja. Förutom att prova det bästa urvalet av toskanska viner producerade i boutiquevingårdar, kommer du att servera en typisk flerrätters lunch. Vin och mat är heligt i Italien och därför får du tips om konsten att kombinera vin med mat.

Hämtar dig från ditt boende i Florens kl. 9.30. Vår chaufför kommer normalt att vara på din adress kl. 9.15. Vi kör sedan till den första vingården som tar cirka 50 minuter.
Luiano har producerat vin och olivolja sedan 800-talet. Gården har tillhört kända familjer från Florens, inklusive Strozzi. 1959 ägde familjen Palombo ägandet av företaget och övergav det blandade jordbrukssystemet. Deras fokus på att odla enbart vinstockar hjälpte dem att uppnå vin av högsta kvalitet. Sangiovese-druvor representerar den största delen av druvsorten som planteras på deras territorium. Den långvariga traditionen med vinframställning bekräftas av gamla källare som byggdes under renässansen. Här kommer du att besöka fastigheten, vingården och vinkällarna där vinförening äger rum och viner visas. Efteråt kommer du att njuta av en Chianti-baserad vinprovning med utsikt.
Savignola är en boutiquevingård, belägen i hjärtat av Chianti Classico sedan 1780, med en vingårdsyta på 5 hektar och en årlig produktion på cirka 22 000 flaskor. Savignola, vars namn har etruskiskt ursprung, betraktades som en kristen bosättning och byggdes runt första hälften av 1600-talet. Märkt av en helt kvinnlig historia anses det vara ett av de historiska företagen i området tack vare figuren Paolina, som var den första kvinnan att buteljera sin Riserva i en flaska i Bordeaux-stil. Hon förde innovation till den historiska traditionen av Chianti Classico. Gårdens gamla fatkällare går tillbaka till 1500-talet där tradition och innovation möts i produktionen av deras vin. Terroiren består av djup lera och kalkhaltig jord och kräver noggrant arbete för att skapa de perfekta förutsättningarna för att få rika, intensiva och långlivade viner.
Dagens sista vingård har en pulserande historia. Det är en familjedriven vingård som först startade sin produktion 2012, vilket kan uppfattas i den livliga karaktären som är specifik för unga viner. Men gårdens historia går tillbaka till slutet av 1800-talet, då grundaren Gualtiero lyckades köpa de första vingårdarna i Mercatale Val di Pesa. Vid hans död kom en av hans söner med en ny vision, planterade nya vingårdar, köpte ny mark och en villa från 1400-talet, som blev centrum i fastigheten. Gården ligger i området Chianti Classico Fiorentino och består av vingårdar, olivlundar och skogar. Druvsorterna är typiska för territoriet, som Sangiovese, Colorino och Canaiolo men även internationella sorter som Merlot och Cabernet Sauvignon. Vinkällarna som användes på 1400-talet renoverades för att möta behoven hos modern vinframställning. Dessutom har en lada med anor från 1700-talet omstrukturerats för att fungera som vinkällare.

Absolutely incredible! This day was our favorite part of an awesome Italy trip. Our guide/driver/sommelier was the best. He was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He chose 3 different wineries that were completely different from one another. It was just an all around incredible day in the Chianti countryside. We will be booking this again when we go back.

Amazing day visiting three independent small/medium wineries who are passionate about their product. Completely private for us two with our expert guide Daria who was incredible at not only organising the day but also introducing us to some history of the area. We had a beautiful day with Pauola on this tour. She picked us up from our hotel right on time and the day could not have been any better. We visited three amazing boutique wineries and as a delicious lunch at the second one. The drive was breathtaking and Pauola took here time. We ended the day with lots of wine and new friends.
