En dags safari till Amboseli nationalpark.

06:00. Vi börjar en bekväm körning tidigt på morgonen till nationalparken Amboseli, denna körning tar dig genom lokala byar, slättarna Athi och emali, med vackert landskap och ibland fläckar av vilda djur. 10:00 på förmiddagen. Vi anländer till Amboseli nationalpark vid mitten av morgonen och börjar omedelbart en speletur där vi besöker flera träsk som prickar denna park och där vilda djur är väl koncentrerade, vi ska bevittna imponerande flockar av elefanter som föddar, tacklar och badar och ser även andra djur inklusive bufflar, zebror , giraffer, Gazeller och mer. Vi ska leta efter rovdjur inklusive lejon, geparder hyener och sjakaler. Fåglar inklusive flamingos finns också rikligt. Vår speltur tar oss fram till lunch när vi stannar vid observationsbacken för lunch och avkoppling. 3:00 på eftermiddagen. Vi lämnar parken med en vägresa på väg tillbaka mot Nairobi med alternativet att besöka en Masai-by för en kulturell interaktion, och sedan tillbaka till Nairobi och anländer omkring 18:30.

Amboseli är vacker och anses vara Kenyas biosfärreserv. Amboseli i Masai betyder - 'plats för vatten'. Det ligger vid foten Mt. Kilimanjaro står på 5895 meter högt och är Afrikas högsta berg. Det är i denna park där du garanterat ser massiva elefanter med imponerande brädor när de foder och badar i flera träsk som prickar denna park. Andra djur som kan ses här är en mängd växtätor inklusive sebraer, giraffer, bufflar, flodhästar, vattenbockar, vårtsvin, Gazeller och gnuer. Rovdjur som kan ses här inkluderar lejon, cheetah, hyener och sjakaler. Amboseli är också ett fågelskådarparadis där mer än 350 fågelarter kan upptäckas inklusive flamingos, storkar, strutsar, gäss, kommoranter och många andra. Du får också den bästa sikten av berget Kilimanjaro med sin snötäckta topp, vanligtvis synlig vid soluppgång och solnedgång. Berget bildar en vacker bakgrund som ska fångas på fotografier.

I would like to highly recommend Mr. Benson! We went on a day tour from Nairobi, Kenya to Amboseli National Park. The tour started at 5:00 a.m. We were in the lobby a few minutes early, and Mr. Benson was already there waiting on us. Mr. Benson was super professional, knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and hospitable the whole day! Before we even arrived at Amboseli National Park, during the morning drive there, we saw zebras crossing the road. We spent approximately four hours at Amboseli National Park. The safari did not disappoint! We saw elephants, giraffes, zebras, various species of birds, etc. It was a wonderful day! Thank you Mr. Benson; we won't forget it!
Our trip to Amboseli with Benson was nothing short of amazing. We saw lots of elephant herds up close along with lions, giraffes, zebras many types of birds and of course the magnificent Mt.Kilimanjaro.Benson was knowledgeable about the wildlife and especially the many types of birds. His vehicle was well maintained and comfortable for the rough terrain. Overall the safari was well organized ,everything went on smoothly and we enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely be booking with him for another safari to the Mara.
We toured Amboseli and Nairobi National parks with Benson. In addition, Benson was also our driver for getting around areas in Nairobi on several occasions. As a person with special needs, Benson did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. He could spot animals from very far away and was very knowledgeable about all of them including he knew the names of several bull elephants in Amboseli. I would absolutely have Benson as my tour guide should I have the opportunity to return to Kenya.
Benson is very friendly and informative. He is knowledgeable about the animals and how to find them. He took us to both Amboseli and Nairobi National Parks. We saw black and white rhinos, lots of elephants and zebras, hippos, and giraffes. We all enjoyed our time with Benson and would gladly go with him again.
We really enjoyed our trip to Amboseli National Park. Our guide, Benson, picked us up right on time, and the ride was very comfortable - we even managed to get some sleep along the way. Even though it was the rainy season, we were lucky to catch a glimpse of Mount Kilimanjaro. The park wasn’t crowded at all, which made for a peaceful and relaxing experience. Some roads were a bit muddy, but that’s to be expected in this season. During the safari, we saw plenty of elephants, a giraffe, baboons, hippos, buffaloes, and many beautiful birds. It was truly a great day in nature. After the safari, we visited a Maasai cultural village. Unfortunately, this part felt more commercial than cultural. You pay $20 per person for a short tour, and you’re also asked for additional donations and encouraged to buy souvenirs. It felt more like a sales experience than an authentic glimpse into Maasai life.
We had good experience with this tour agent and by guide Mr. Benson. The agent sent the good vehicle. Benson speak clearly and explain everything. Amazing his talent in this field and driving too. Also he satisfied our wishes with smiley face. We are appreciating him and recommending the tour agent.
