Elektrisk mountainbike i Annecy

My sons & I had a fantastic electric mountain bike tour on Semnoz. Antoine was a great guide & patient and good-humoured with inevitable chain breaks. Super time, would definitely recommend. Thanks!

We booked e-MTB for my teenage son and I on Friday lunchtime, choosing a slot on Monday morning which was showing as available. My son was naturally excited and looking forward to the trip. On Sunday evening at 18:30pm I happened to check my emails to find the tour had been cancelled by the operator, offering us Wednesday instead. We were due to leave on Tuesday so not an option! The tour operator had our booking for 2.5 days and we’d geared up ready for the trip, only for it to be cancelled at 18:30pm the night before! The advertised business hours were til 5pm Saturday so not even sure why they cancelled last minute on Sunday night, and didn’t respond to my reply until mid-morning on Monday. All on all they messed up our plans, disappointed my son, and shouldn’t have advertised and accepted a time-slot if it wasn’t available. Can’t comment on the actual MTB experience as we never got there, thanks to them!

Antoine was an exceptional guide. He quickly understood we were looking for a family-friendly activity, as most were new to e-biking. He gave us a tour that met our needs...lower on the adventure scale but very fun for us!. He was friendly, kind, and a wonderful person to spend the morning with in Annecy. We highly recommend!

I had an absolutely amazing time. This was real off-roading with an electric mountain bike. So much fun! Would recommend to everyone (who has actually been mountain biking before)

Beautiful nature. Great trails. Tour mixed experienced riders with us non-experienced mountain bike riders. It was a bit more difficult at times than what we planned. Still, a great experience.

Excellent outing with Antoine who knows Semnoz by heart. We went through some very beautiful single tracks, some small rock steps which went very well with our full suspension electric mountain bikes and our instructor explained everything to us very well. We really loved this experience between office colleagues. To test.

A bike that derails every kilometer and the fingers black with grease to go around the lake...this is the memory that this rental will leave me with. And on arrival, we are hardly sorry and we are just shown the toilets to wash our hands without the slightest commercial gesture... too bad.

Reservation possible, bikes recovery fast and convenient. Good quality material including accessories. Friendly staff. Good Price quality ratio. We also took good bikes without assistance.

Antoine was our guide, and could not have been better. He guided us through the proper use of an e-bike, and also advised us before particularly challenging parts of the terrain. The excursion does have its physical challenges, but the e-bikes make it possible. Highly recommended.

Great walk we were only 4 counting the guide Antoine who was very kind and understanding! The forest was beautiful we took full eyes and frankly it was well worth the 75 euros! Glad to have discovered electric mountain biking was an experience to do! I recommend!
