Based on a couple of reviews we took a chance on this relatively new company and they did a fantastic job. We had been in the city a day and walked the streets but the walking tour made it all come together and come alive. We chose the Private 90 minute walking tour and booked in the evening at 6pm for the next morning. They got back to us immediately and all the arrangements were sorted quickly and easily. We were matched with Theo and absolutely loved him. Theo was a perfect blend of well informed educator and historian and fun, playful guy who was a pleasure to be with. He arrived armed with maps and photos that helped orient us. At the end he even gave tips on restaurants and other places to visit. This company was a bit more expensive but they were worth it!

Local guide contacted me via WhatsApp to arrange meeting even recommended our parking place. Super friendly. We had the 1 hour tour. Just enough info and also gave us recommendations for veggie restaurants. Definitely recommend

Benoit is an excellent guide. He was fun and knowledgeable about the city and its fascinating history. The tour is just the right length of time as well as the right distance. We had a great time. Our guide was a very pleasant lady however she shared the only 3 facts she knew about Annecy. 3 facts in the entire 90 minutes!! When we asked questions (even related to those same facts) she didn’t know the answer. Very disappointed in Viator for recommending this tour.

The tour guide was lovely and knowledgable and the only reason I gave it a 3 star is because of price for what you get .£145 for 1 hour for 3 people is very expensive and for that money I expected to learn a lot more. The tour would be 5 star if the pricing was correct. That price was a small group price too. Wasn’t meant to be a private tour.
