I would strongly advise future travelers to avoid booking this experience unless there is absolutely no other option. The biggest issue is the outrageous price. Official Eiffel Tower summit tickets cost around €80 for four people, yet we were charged over €250 by this agency simply because they included a guide. While the guide was genuinely excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and professional—the agency itself was extremely disappointing. The listing is also misleading. We specifically paid extra for the elevator option, naturally assuming this meant taking the elevator throughout the visit. Instead, we were forced to climb the stairs to the second floor, and only then take the elevator to the summit. This crucial detail was never clearly stated in the description. Even our guide admitted that this policy often confuses customers. Another important point is that paying for the summit does not guarantee access to it. If the summit closes due to weather, technical issues, or crowd management, you may not be able to visit it despite paying for it. We were lucky, but many visitors are not. The most frustrating part is that these agencies buy up a huge number of tickets, making it almost impossible to find official tickets on the Eiffel Tower website unless you book months in advance. Travelers are then pushed toward these overpriced third-party agencies. The guide deserves five stars. The agency deserves one. I would never book through them again and cannot recommend this experience.

Nice Guide and really enjoyable
Ali, our guide was very friendly og a great personality. There were some waiting time, but we were not the only Group visiting the Eiffel Tower.
We had a great tour with Melanie! I enjoyed the combination of guided tour and time to explore on our own. The guided parts were very informative! My kids (8 and 4) did well on this tour too! They were excited to count the stairs as we climbed up. They also loved the elevator ride to the top! We got them each a rose lollipop and those were a hit as well! I definitely recommend this tour.
We loved this tour. Our guide “Lady E,” was so kind and knowledgeable. She made sure everyone left the tour learning at least 5 new facts about the Eiffel Tower but we definitely learned way more than that. Well worth the money!
