Du kan delta med din egen elcykel utan extra kostnad, eller reservera en färdig elcykel för 45 €, som betalas på plats. Besöket på mejeriet med ostprovning är valfritt och kostar 10 € på plats. Om inget annat meddelas vid bokningstillfället anses elcykeln och turen/provsmakningen vara bokade för alla deltagare. För elcyklar, tandemcyklar och barnstolar för barn, se ”Ingår/Exkluderat”. Upptäck Martina Franca och Locorotondo med en enkel elcykeltur i Itria-dalen, förbi torra stenmurar, vingårdar, trulli och bondgårdar, med natursköna stopp och tid för foton. En lokal guide leder rutten, stannar och ger fullständig assistans, samtidigt som tempot hålls avslappnat. Locorotondo välkomnar dig med vitkalkade gränder, blomsterprydda balkonger och romantiska vyer, innan du återvänder till Martina Franca mitt bland dalens mest ikoniska landskap. På mejeriet får du se hur mozzarella- och caciocavallo-ostarna tillverkas i grottor, och hur stracciatella och burrata tillverkas.

Rocco was a terrific tour leader. Very personable and knowledgeable. Bikes were in excellent working order. The tour around Martina Franca and Locorotondo was beautiful and entertaining. I would highly recommend this tour and this company.
Rocco was amazing! The tour of the cheese production company was fantastic and the tastings were amazing. We so enjoyed our e-bike tour in Cisternino ...wonderful overview of the history. We loved our tour through the countryside. Rocco was engaging and professional and we had so much fun with him. We highly recommend him for any tour but especially this one! I will definitely be telling my friends.
This tour is amazing! Highly recommended. Experience Puglia off the beaten path. The trip to the dairy to learn the process of making mozzarella, burrata, and other tips was great! The tasting of the cheeses was even better :). The most delicious cheeses I’ve tasted in my life. The e-bike ride was easy and a great way to see the town of Cisternino and the countryside of Puglia on a hot day. It was very enjoyable. We visited two different farms and saw pigs, cows, goats, donkeys, horses, geese, ducks, and some dogs and cats. Feeding the donkeys and horses was a highlight. Rocco was amazing and informative and very passionate about Puglia… and cheese! Would recommend to anyone. He also does different e-bike tours all over Puglia. Highly recommend!
Nice tour to the countryside. The guide is a nice guy with stories of the old times. Absolutely worth to take the tour. Using an E-bike is an easy way to ride along the tour. Anyone can easily complete the journey.
It was one of the best trips. We were shown the different types of cheese and the differences in the cheese factory. Afterwards we were given a very good taste of the various products + local wine. Then we rode the e-bike to the farm that supplies the cheese factory. Finally, Rocco showed us the city center and explained everything to us down to the smallest detail. We had a lot of fun and would recommend it to everyone. Rocco is very friendly and gave us other tips.
