A top workshop, which is given by 2 very enthusiastic people who can also explain it well in English. Step by step you are taken through the process of making Orichiette. You even get the recipe with you after the event. In the meantime, you take your place at long tables and are served some tasty things while the pasta cooks. Also, tasting your own homemade pasta makes this workshop complete. The 3 hours you are busy, fly by. A recommendation to make. Our daughter of 13 also liked it very much.
A must-do, fun and pleasant time, they take very good care of you, the welcome is warm, the masseria is very pretty and the owners are great, the meal is hearty, the wine is good. Nothing negative for us.

Everything was so well organised, and the atmosphere was warm, relaxed and welcoming.
