Dublin Craft Beer Tour

It was enjoyable. And it was a craft beer tour not a pub crawl. Folks should know this. It was nice to see, hear and discover other beers besides the standard Guinness and Carlsberg offerings. Our guide Michael was very knowledgeable and fun. Not too much walking and there was plenty of time at each stop to enjoy and savor the beers. Michael did a nice job of listening to what our friends and I liked in terms of beer and was good at making recommendations for new ones for us to try.

I learned a lot about Beamish stouts and the different styles of beers Ireland has to offer. The final stop at Cariobu was a highlight, Michael introduced me to Kinnegad Jackrabbit Ginger Beer over ice, which was absolutely delicious! Beyond beer, Michael also knows the Dublin food scene and shares great recommendations along the way.
