We had a terrific time on this tour. Probably one of the best experiences ever. Nuna was our host and he made all the difference in this experience. I have a heart problem I just found out about and he always came to me to give me that little bit of extra help I needed. He was pleasant, well spoken, attentive, and knows enough about his country to entertain all our questions. Like I said, he made all the difference.
This was a fantastic tour with a truly spectacular guide!!! Nuno Silva made our day great, shared many laughs with us and felt like a good friend at the end of the day!!!
Rui was a great guide. He was very hospitable and gave us a lot of history and facts about the Douro Valley. Claudia was also great at the lunch after our tour of the winery.

My friend & I came here on a girls trip. We had an amazing time on our trip! Our tour guide, Vasco, took really good care of us. He was very personable & made sure we had everything we needed from the first hello! The excursion itself was so much fun - we had a great group. If your on the fence of doing a larger or smaller group, let this be your sign to book this excursion with a smaller group. This has been the highlight of our trip to Portugal so far. Can’t wait to share pictures and tell me family and friends about this experience.

You must book, if possible, with Vasco as a tour guide. He is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. I highly recommend the wine tasting tour. My stomach is still full! You will get the most amazing views you will ever imagine. The whole experience is unforgettable.
Amazing experience. This small group tour really checked all the boxes for a Douro valley tour. Relaxing and picturesque PRIVATE boat wine varieties, amazing lunch that felt more like a family dinner with meat and fish varieties, not to mention we had an amazing and friendly group of 8 strangers who gelled so well from start to finish, making this full day tour even more enjoyable. How could I forget the amazing driver and tour guide Vasco. Thank you so much Vasco for being you and so easy to get hang out with. Would definitely book with Wonders Tour again.
The trip was fabulous. Vasco made us very comfortable on rthe ride and was knowledgeable about the area. The boat ride was excellent. I was very impressed with the food for lunch. A lot of meat and delicious! Being in a small, intimate setting was perfection.
