When we landed the process was easy. We texted Erika and she told us where to go. We were greeted by Rachel and she promptly attended to us and personally accompanied us to the vehicle. The reservation was for a minivan but we were thrilled that they pulled up in an air conditioned mini bus that easily accommodated our luggage (for 6) and our son’s medical wheelchair. She explained the process for the return trip which we anticipate will go just as smoothly.
