I had an amazing experience with Infinity2Diving! From start to finish, everything felt incredibly safe and well organized. The team is highly professional and full of knowledge, which made me feel confident and relaxed the entire time. You can really tell they care about both safety and giving you the best possible experience in the water. I learned a lot, had so much fun, and can’t wait to dive with them again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and memorable diving adventure!

I had a nice day in the water with my guide Niko. We did a Cenote and a reef. Niko was a wonderful dive buddy and I highly recommend him. The lunch after was awful but that's not why I was there. I don't think this is worth removing a star but I will note that the meetup location on my confirmation was not correct and it led to me sitting alone in a gym off a weird gravel road with no signal worrying I was going to miss my tour. I was able to get on the gym's wifi and contact the dive shop and a gruff (Australian?) lady begrudgingly came to pick me up. She said they had had ongoing issues with the wrong meetup point on the confirmations and I said "oh, I wish you had let me know in advance so I could have been dropped off at the right spot" to which she replied "it's not that big of a deal"..... As a woman traveling solo in a rough appearing area with no cell service it is actually a big deal. So despite having a nice day the start was not great, and the issues were preventable with proper communication.

My sister and I had the best time! Our instructors Julieta, Miri, and Jonas made the experience fantastic. They were so supportive and helpful through the entire excursion. This would be great for first time scuba divers or anyone who might not yet be certified, but wants to go out on a fun adventure!

This was our favorite excursion of the whole trip. Jess was fantastic and super knowledgeable about the diving precautions and very experienced in general. Mia and Nickolia were so so nice with making sure they stayed behind to be sure I was comfortable before I was ready to actually dive down. It was my first time diving so I was incredibly grateful for their patience. We had a terrible wreck that locked us in a one-way road for over two hours the instructors instead of just leaving us in a car and waiting took us to a restaurant. Had a few drinks with us. Enjoyed a nice meal on the beach and made the entire trip perfect even through extenuating circumstances couldn’t have asked for a better host. 10 out of 10 would recommend again and intend to come back to Tulum and finish our certification and do some open water diets. This made the trip.

Nice approach to diving experience! Our guide was very friendly and sympathetic, I would only recommend to reinforce the indications before diving (it is a lot of information then for first timers it is quickly forgotten) and improve the communication about the step by step of the activity (for example, finished diving we were some time at sea waiting for the pickup, not knowing how long we would be or what event we should expect). However, very happy with the attention:)! Pd: It does not include lunch, it is a simple sandwich.

This was such an awesome experience! It was our first time trying snorkeling and Maya who was our instructor was great! She was very patient and took the time to make sure we were comfortable before proceeding. Recommend 1000%

We quite liked the experience diving in a cenote de Casa. Ou guide Julia was really knowledgeable, kind, funny and patient. I give the guide and the company for organizing 5 stars. I took one star off because we’ve dived before and this was a little too basic in terms of what you see and how slow it goes. If you are a true beginner this is great! If you have dived before maybe not as interesting - I’d take open water instead.

I'm an OW who hasn't dove in awhile and my boyfriend wanted to try his first dive so we did the cenote + reef discovery dive - it was perfect! The cenote was an incredibly unique experience and the cuevitas reef had phenomenal visibility. Alejo was very helpful getting everything set up and super attentive during the dive. He told us all about the history and ecology of the dive sites beforehand and pointed out tons of things we would've missed otherwise. They provide lunch, transportation, and extra snacks for a great deal Highly recommend!

We were referred to Infinity2Diving by another dive shop in Tulum who were booked out. It was a great referral as we signed up for a Discover scuba and refresher dive combined for me and my husband at short notice. Alejandro (instructor) and Eva (who is doing her dive master with them) were so friendly and informative, taking us to two cenotes. Alejandro was very flexible as it was my first proper experience of diving; he even adjusted the plans as it was a bit rough for the reef dive and a novice diver like myself. Through the whole trip Alejandro was incredibly kind and patient with me, and I felt totally safe and supported at all times. He brought us to another cenote instead of the reef, even though that meant he got back much later than planned. Alejandro explained a lot about the area and how cenotes came to exist here as well as the diving itself. The second cenote was like visiting another world, incredible! We really couldn’t have been in better hands and I will definitely “keep diving” as Alejandro and Eva encouraged me to do. Thanks a lot to Alejandro (and everyone at Infinity2Diving)

This was our first time diving for both me and my 10-year-old daughter, and while I wasn’t sure if she could handle adult diving, she did an amazing job! We worked through a few learning curves before diving, and the instructors thoroughly went over safety lessons in the water. Once we started, we dived together in the cenote and later in the gulf, and my daughter was well taken care of the entire time. It was an incredible experience, with safety as the top priority. Keep up the great work, guys—it was fantastic!
