Upptäck den pulserande staden Rotterdam på denna spännande cykeltur på ±3 timmar. Vi börjar vid kulturcentrumet "OASE", där du träffar din Guide på "Ge en cykel", en lokal gräsrotsorganisation som ger gamla cyklar ett andra liv och stöttar samhället. Utrymmet är också hem till ett litet pop-up cykelmuseum, med en samling av historiska och ovanliga cyklar som bidrar till den unika karaktären hos utgångspunkten. Därifrån cyklar du till några av Rotterdams mest kända landmärken och historiska platser samtidigt som du lär dig om stadens unika historia, moderna arkitektur och lokala kultur. Eftersom vi just börjat har vi för närvarande ett 15-tal cyklar och kör oftast våra turer med små grupper. Vi är ofta inte fullbokade, vilket ger dig mer personlig uppmärksamhet och chansen att lära känna din Guide och medcyklister. Våra priser kan vara något högre än vissa av våra konkurrenter, men i gengäld kan du njuta av en mer avslappnad, personlig och trevlig upplevelse.

Vårt första stopp kommer att vara framför Hotel New York. Vi berättar om dess historia och nuvarande användning. Även därifrån kommer vi att ha en fantastisk utsikt över den så kallade "tornado" som är det nya Fenix Museum of Migration.
Vi kommer att cykla över Erasmusbrug mot Maritime District, där vi kommer att stanna vid Rotterdam War Memorial från andra världskriget. Vi kommer att prata om bron och ge en kort historia om Rotterdam i förhållande till andra världskriget.
Vi kommer att stanna till i Shipping Quarter vid fontänen som en gång var i centrum. Denna karaktäristiska del av Rotterdam ger dig en inblick i hur Rotterdam brukade se ut före kriget.
Det så kallade museikvarteret är en plats i Rotterdam där några av de mest framstående museerna i Rotterdam är baserade, förbundna med Museumparken. Vi kommer att göra ett stopp nära The New Institute och titta på den helt nya Art Depot Boijmans Van Beuningen, en av de senaste ikonerna som lades till Rotterdam och den första offentligt tillgängliga konstdepån i världen! Blir du redan upphetsad?
På en av Rotterdams äldsta shopping gator, De Oude Binnenweg, kommer det att finnas möjlighet till en paus på 15–20 minuter. Pausens längd beror på gruppens storlek och behov och kan justeras på plats. Under pausen kan vi antingen bo tillsammans på en kaffebar eller så kan du välja att vandra runt och utforska på egen hand. Denna stund är idealisk för att umgås, få rekommendationer, värma upp, kyla ner eller helt enkelt använda toaletten. Observera att drycker inte ingår.
Vårt sista stopp innan vi tar tillbaka cyklarna kommer att vara framför det historiska stadshuset i Rotterdam.
Vi stannar i närheten vid torget framför St Lawrence kyrkan.
De gula kubhusen kan vara en av de mest kända sightseeingplatserna i staden. Vi kommer att stå längst fram, prata om historien och fotografera.
Saluhallen (2014) gjorde Rotterdam extra känt och är en modern inomhusmarknad med massor av mat och färger! Vi kallar det också vårt moderna Sixtinska kapell och du får reda på varför!
Vi kommer att cykla vidare mot Kings Harbour Bridge, där vi kommer att göra ett stopp och dyka in i dess historia!

It was a really special cycling tour, because the guide, named Elmer, is connected to Rotterdam with his heart and this is what he transfers to his tour members. So you'll get a very different and diverse view to Rotterdam and get knowledge about the history, art, education and way of life. I had an very interesting and very funny time on this tour. Very knowledgeable and friendly guide, nice route, good bikes. I enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to discover Rotterdam on a bike.
We had such a wonderful experience on this bike tour! We traveled from the U.S. to Holland with our family to share our Dutch heritage with our children, and exploring Rotterdam by bike ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. We had a fairly large group, and they went above and beyond to accommodate all of us, including my daughter and her service dog. Everything was handled so easily and graciously, which we really appreciated. Our guide, Elmer, was knowledgeable, personable, and fun. We saw so much of Rotterdam, learned about its history and culture, and got to experience the city the way so many locals do—on two wheels. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rotterdam. It was a memorable part of a very meaningful family trip and an experience we’re so glad we included!!
Very knowledgeable guide. He took care to make sure the other couple, who did not have much cycling experience, were safe and comfortable to navigate the busy city. We learnt a lot about the history and future plans for the city. Highly recommended.
The best way to get to know the center of Rotterdam in 3 hours with a wonderful guide like Elmer. The bikes are comfortable and easy to ride. I highly recommend it
A wonderful bike tour of Rotterdam with Elmer, a personable local who loves introducing people to his city. This is a comprehensive tour of over three hours that gives you the opportunity to get to know the city in depth in a way a bus tour doesn't. Elmer was patient and accommodating, taking time to answer questions and customize the tour to our interests. He clearly enjoys what he does. We had a great time.

An amazing bike tour around the city of Rotterdam with a very knowledge and fun tour guide! Learned all about the history, culture, and architecture of the city. And the guide was kind enough to point out some local spots for excellent food/drinks as well as other fun activities to do in the city. Would highly recommend!

Biking through Rotterdam gave me the time to see multiple areas of the city. Elmer took the time at each location to provide historical background and the story behind them. The cycling was easily manageable for any level of experience. This tour was interesting and enjoyable.
