Deathly Dark Tour of York är en bister och teatralisk, mörk komedivandring, perfekt för dem som har lite av en ond strimma och vill utforska stadens mörka och spöklika historia med en av våra guider, kända för sin underbart mörka humor. Observera att detta INTE är en skrämmande sevärdhet, det är en berättande upplevelse. Turen är familjevänlig, men vissa kan tycka att berättelserna är upprörande. Om du har en specifik fobi eller trigger vänligen kontakta oss innan du bokar. Barn måste stanna hos sin förälder/vårdnadshavare hela tiden. Gruppstorlek är 20 - 50 personer, även om detta kommer att ändras beroende på säsong. Privata och små gruppturer erbjuds på begäran.

Är du redo att höra om de hemska sakerna som har hänt i Snickleways of York?
Det finns ett antal byggnader på Stonegate som har en spöklik, historisk betydelse som har gått förlorad för tiden, men byggnaderna står fortfarande kvar och vi vet alla fakta!
York Minster är en magnifik byggnad som står högt och stolt i Yorks centrum. Officiellt finns det inga spöken här, men inofficiellt kan vi berätta om några!

Coppergate är hem för många spöklika berättelser, men vilken kommer du att höra om? Kanske en arg viking eller en grinig affärskvinna!

Vi avslutar vår tid tillsammans vid trappan till Clifford's Tower (beroende på tillgänglighet) där år av mörk historia har utspelats.

The whole experience from start to end was entertaining and interesting. David was our guide and he was brilliant and very funny. Would recommend this tour.
Brilliant charismatic story teller Dante led us through a spooky tour of some of the paranormal sights of York. It was both entertaining and informative in equal measures and we’d recommend this highly.
I booked this for my ghost loving husband on a recent visit to York. Our tour guide Dalton was funny and a great story teller, the time flew and we really enjoyed seeing the sites and hearing the history of York. Our guide was excellent I can’t recommend enough.
Dalton was fantastic, very entertaining and kept you gripped to every single story. 10/10 recommend. Oh sorry.. was i supposed to say, Dalton is so handsome, Dalton is so amazing (can i have my £10 now ;) ) But in all seriousness this tour was absolutely brilliant!
Dalton was a fantastic tour guide, couldn’t recommend more - A must do if you’re visiting York and want to learn about the history of York.
Been on many tours with the Deathly Dark Tours tonight we had Dalton he is awesome and had us all jumping with fright and laughing at the same time lol. He tells the stories so well that I actually feel like I am there with the people in the stories 😊. I highly recommend a tour with the Deathly Dark Tours all their guides are awesome. Before the tour you pop into the deathlys shop to book in and can also browse the shop and buy some cool stuff. And meet the amazing Mrs Deathly she's so lovely and very chatty.
Davina Deathly is a very engaging, knowledgeable and theatrical tour guide who made this experience very entertaining. Highly recommend it and would do it again!!
We really wanted to do a ghost tour of York, we had the Deathly Dark Tour marked as the one that we really wanted to do, we got preoccupied while in York and contacted them at the last min by live chat and they only had 2 places left on that tour, so we said please pop our names down. We turned up at their shop a good 15 mins before the tour started and paid for our tour, the shop has some really good bits in it but we procrastinated and when the tour finishes over the other side of the City the shop is closed, so we missed out on some bits that are not on their website, they could do with an ice cream van style shop with merch at the end of our tour. Davina Deathly was our guide for the evening and did we get our moneys worth from the very beginning, she walked down the queue in a spooky manner as the church bells chimed 8pm and the start of the tour eyeballing all of us, sadly 80% of the group were staring at their devices and missed her performance, jumping out of their skins when she began to talk. We obeyed her with none of us getting killed during our spooky tour of the city of York, she was so entertaining stopping at all the key points and telling us a story at each, her delivery was perfectly paced. "Closer, Closer". York played a great role in the tour, when we had one ghost story about a big black dog we turned a corner to come face to face with two very large black dogs! When we were stood listening to a spooky story outside a door of the minster there was scratching behind it, we stumbled across morris men having a dance and a wizard walking down the shambles, what a night to go on the tour. Didn't disappoint in the slightest Davina was a brilliant performer, everyone loved the tour and we could have kept going for another half hour.
