- Viktbegränsningar : För en enskild passagerarbokning som väger 230 pund eller mer, en kombinerad vikt (2 passagerare) på 400 pund eller mer eller för grupper på 3 eller fler en genomsnittlig vikt på 190 pund eller mer måste en extra sittplats köpas vid bokningstillfället. Varje passagerare över 250lbs oavsett vad den sammanlagda vikten är måste köpa en komfortstol. Detta för säkerheten och komforten för alla passagerare ombord.
- ENDAST DIN MOBILTELEFON ÄR TILLÅTEN OMBORD. INGEN ANNAN KAMERANORDNING ÄR TILLÅTEN! Air Maui kommer att tillhandahålla ett snodd för passagerare mobiltelefon som kommer att bäras runt halsen hela tiden under flygningen. Passagerare måste alltid ha en hand på telefonen under flygningen. Air Maui ansvarar inte om du tappar bort din telefon.
- Barn måste vara minst 10 år eller äldre för att gå på dörrar av. En vuxen måste följa med någon 10 - 18 år gammal. Endast 16 år + kan sitta på en kant / yttersäte.
- Inga hattar, väskor, solglasögon eller lösa föremål tillåtna. Vi tillhandahåller skyddsglasögon som du är skyldig att bära. Har du receptbelagda glasögon som går bra så använd gärna minsta par eller kontakter då de måste gå under gogglesen.
- Måste bära stängda tå skor eller sandaler som spänns fast vid vristerna. Inga flip-flops eller slides.
- Långt hår måste knytas i en bulle eller fläta.
- Air Maui kommer att ge varje passagerare en vindjacka för alla passagerare att bära under flygningen.
- Avbokningsregler : Ingen återbetalning eller ombokning inom 48 timmar efter flygtid. För grupper 12 eller fler 7 dagar i förväg krävs.
- Alla passagerarnamn och vikter MÅSTE meddelas vid bokningstillfället. Under representation av kroppsvikt kan resultera i avbokning vid incheckningen utan återbetalning.
- Ej rullstolsanpassad. Det finns ingen rullstolslyft för att ta emot rullstolspassagerare och personalen kan inte heller personligen/fysiskt hjälpa personer in i helikoptern
- Helikopter är en gemensam stuga med 6 passagerare och en pilot på varje flygning.
- Inget i fickorna. I förekommande fall kommer vi att hålla bilnycklar på kontoret medan du flyger.
- Kunderna måste betala för parkering med QR-koden vid ingången till helikopterporten. Vi har QR-koden på vårt kontor också. ENDAST KREDITKORT.
- Flygrutter och sevärdheter kan variera beroende på väder.

This helicopter ride blew the doors off (no pun intended lol) Richie was an amazing! Not only because of his knowledge but also his great sense of humor the whole flight. I would recommend asking to be seated behind the pilot or to be seated in the front if you are taller than 6 feet because there no is no leg room. Overall it was a breathtaking experience and would definitely do it again!

This was one of the most amazing excursions I have ever been on. We saw the most amazing landscape that can only be seen via helicopter. The pilot was awesome and all the ladies in the office were amazing.

This was an amazing experience! Better than we could have possibly imagined. From start to finish our pilot Cameron made us feel safe and was a superb guide as well as a pilot. He narrated the entire flight and was super knowledgeable. We would absolutely do it again!

If I could give this tour more than 5 stars I would. I am so glad we booked the doors off tour. We were extremely blessed with perfect weather, a double rainbow, and all waterfalls flowing. The views are truly stunning. The helicopter was a thrill to ride in and my 9 year old felt a lot more comfortable with a seat right next to the pilot.

The communication was outstanding from start to finish, from registration through the pre-flight instructions. Every staff member was professional, friendly, and organized, making the entire experience seamless. We absolutely loved the doors-off flight. Our pilot, Kirk, was knowledgeable, informative, and made the ride both enjoyable and comfortable. Most of all, the views were simply breathtaking—far beyond what we could have imagined. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience and an excursion we'll never forget. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure!

This was the best excursion, and I highly recommend it. It was worth every penny, and it was my favorite part of the whole trip. You will see waterfalls and views that you can only see from a helicopter or plane.

First time ever in a helicopter AND with no doors haha. The crew (front desk to the pilot) were very friendly and explained all the details to make the process very smooth. The views were jaw dropping and absolutely breathtaking. Highly, highly recommend taking the tour with Air Maui

We loved this helicopter tour! Pilot Richie was great and very entertaining, and it was a smooth flight. The views of Molokai are incredible. The Doors Off flight gets a bit chilly, but the jackets they give you to wear were sufficient. I would suggest wearing pants or leggings if you get cold easily and plan to sit on the outside edge. Also, I have very long, fine hair and, even though I braided it, it was very tangled where it pulled out around the headset, all along the crown of my head. I would suggest maybe a very tight, gelled French braid or, if is allowed, a wide stretchy headband as well as a braid. Overall, one of our top experiences in Maui!
