We purchased the following tour with Pancho Tours: Mosque, Alcazar and Juderia Ticket Included Skip the Line through Expedia. We were given the wrong meeting point and missed half the tour. We asked for 50% refund, and it was refused as the ticket is non-refundable. I had to call 3 times the day of the tour to find out what was going on. They were supposed to call me back when I called at 10h35. They never did, but after calling the 3rd time they gave me a new meeting point.

I found very easy the way he gave me all information for book our day trip to Cordoba.
