I did a 2 week tour in Peru with my family organized by Kantu Peru Tours visiting Lima, Cusco, the classic 4 day Inca trail including Machu Pichu, sacred valley, 7 color mountain and the Amazon in Maldonado port. The experience was very good and highly recommended. It is a small company with humane and personalized treatment. We were able to design our own itinerary and decide which visits we wanted to make in groups and which individual ones. The level of the guides was high. I also had a personal problem and was helped to resolve it. Overall we received very good treatment. Highly recommended.

We stayed with my sister 14 days in Peru enjoying the services of Kantu Tours. Really, WE RECOMMEND. They are super punctual, responsible, clear and attentive in their communication. They left no details uncovered, thanks to them our experiences were impeccable. I regret not remembering the names of all the people who supported us throughout the trip, but it is worth mentioning the attention of David throughout the trip, Maria in Lima, and Raul and Richard on the last day that we were kindly transported to Cusco airport.

We had the privilege to tour some of the most impressive places in Peru; Machu Picchu, the Sacred Valley, the Mountain of 7 Colors and an unforgettable city tour, accompanied by two extraordinary people: Willy Quispe, our guide, and Jaime Chacon Alvarez, our driver. From day one, we knew we were in the best hands. Willy is not only a tour guide; he is a historian, herborist, archaeologist at heart, polyglot (he speaks five or six languages!) and an exceptional human being. His knowledge of Inca and pre-Inca history, his ability to explain it clearly, and his always attentive and humane treatment made a difference. Most admirable was how she took care of everyone, especially our two little girls who faced altitude sickness. He knew exactly what to do and conveyed peace of mind at every turn. And that work would not have been possible without his great road buddy, Jaime, our driver. A reserved but very warm, helpful and extremely professional man. We traveled eight people in their “guagua” (as we say in Puerto Rico), and every day the vehicle was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Jaime joined our group as one more: he laughed with us, shared our stories and, more importantly, became our guardian angel during difficult times. His reaction during three episodes of health was exemplary, and he did not leave us alone for a second. He also speaks several languages, including Quechua, his mother tongue, and has a thorough knowledge of his culture and environment. Willy and Jaime are undoubtedly the dynamic duo of tourism in Peru. Their coordination, commitment and humanity took this experience to another level. Not only did we learn and explore, we were also cared for with love and respect. The trip wouldn't have been the same without them. We are deeply grateful and blessed to have had them by our side. After we booked the tour we added on two additional tours. They were very professional, friendly and accommodating and easy to communicate with. They kept us informed and arranged everything making our trip stress free without having to worry about buying tickets or arranging transportation. Highly recommend

Our group of four adults recently returned from a fantastic trip to Peru thanks to the incredible work of the Kantu staff. We began working with Rommel at Kantu a few months ago to create a customized itinerary for our trip to Peru. Our small group consists of highly experienced travelers with attention to every detail. Edilberto joined us on our hike up Rainbow Mountain. I was particularly impressed by his attention to our needs. He accompanied us on our trek up Rainbow Mountain and was genuinely concerned with the effects on our unaccustomed group to high altitude hiking. He was patient and shared his breathing techniques to help us deal with the thin air. I have utilized tour companies and guides extensively on six continents and dozens of cities worldwide.
