Vi är stolta över att vara en mycket etisk elefant fristad. Våra elefanter har räddats från oetiska parker och attraktioner där de har kedjats, burats in och ridits. Här ger vi våra elefanter den kärlek och omsorg de behöver, upprätthåller och upprätthåller fredliga, respektfulla interaktioner mellan människor och djur. Vi låter våra elefanter ströva fritt i vår park och vi står fast emot användningen av burar, kedjor och elefantridning. Vår anläggning ägs och förvaltas av Karen Hill Tribe och våra Karen guider och Mahouts (elefantskötare) ger insiktsfulla förståelser i parken, elefanterna och lokal historia.

Du kommer att hämtas från ditt boende mellan 07:30-8:00 av din utsedda reseledare. Du kommer att köras i cirka 1 timme 30 minuter till Doi Inthanon Elephant Park. På vägen stannar du till vid en lokal färskvarumarknad där du kan köpa lokala frukter och äta frukost. På Elephant Sanctuary möts du av medlemmar av Karen Hill-stammen och får traditionella kläder att bära. Varje person kommer att förses med en påse frukt och grönsaker för att mata elefanterna. Under upplevelsen kan du mata och beundra våra majestätiska elefanter innan du deltar i en djungelvandring och badar i vattnet med dem.
Dina äventyr kommer att fortsätta på eftermiddagen när du reser till det vackra Mae Saphok Waterfall där du kommer att njuta av lunch av traditionell thailändsk mat vid vattnet. Efter lunch ger ni er ut på ett äventyr längs floden på bambuflottarna för att insupa den thailändska landsbygden och kulturen.

We had a glorious day with the elephants, especially a mother with her four month old son… such a humbling and beautiful experience… finishing the afternoon with lunch by a waterfall and bamboo rafting was brilliant… highly recommended

The time we spent with the elephants was glorious… having a four month old baby boy elephant with his mother and another female was a beautiful and humbling experience. Lunch at the waterfall followed by bamboo rafting was a lovely way to spend an afternoon… highly recommended

We had a great time learning about the elephants and being with them in nature up close and personal, they had a baby elephant that was just adorable. After we enjoyed the waterfall and the rafting which I thought was the best part next to the baby elephant. What a full day full of different activities outside the city. I highly recommend. Out guides were great getting pictures for us as well.

Exceptional!! We had a crazy experience and encounter. Taxi is a great guide, we were just us for this activity. The raft ride and then the meeting with these 2 elephants and their 2 elephants. We see that they are well treated. A unique moment for me and my family. The lunch break and the preparation of Pad Thai is a plus that we highly appreciated.

It was a magical moment, with my friends we realized a dream. It was a moment suspended in time. We started with rafting and ended with beautiful waterfalls. But we really enjoyed seeing elephants so closely in a natural environment, being able to feed them, wash them and especially to see that they are well treated, it was a pure happiness. We had a great Cooper guide who took his time to explain things to us at each activity. A super friendly and smiling guide thank you to him. We highly recommend this activity.

We were picked up directly from our hotel, which was very convenient. Our guides were extremely friendly and pleasant. Everything was well organized and the day flew by. For lunch, there were several options to choose from. Definitely worth it if you are in Chiang Mai. Absolutely worth the money!
