Möt bedårande elefanter på Living Green Foundation, en etisk elefantreservat som har 5-stjärnigt betyg på TripAdvisor. Elefanterna tas mycket väl om hand. Strikt ingen ridning, ingen användning av krokar. Du kommer att komma i kontakt med dessa bedårande varelser.
Doi Inthanon ligger i Chiang Mai-provinsen och är det högsta berget i Thailand och reser sig 2 565 meter över havet. Doi Inthanon National Park har massor av fantastiska variationer i sin frodiga geografi och skog. Det är hem för regnskog, blandskog och tallskog. Vädret är svalt under hela året, särskilt under den svala årstiden då det kommer att vara nästan konstant dimma hela dagen och ett fantastiskt fenomen med Mae Kha Ning eller frostblomma tidigt på morgonen.
Phra Maha Dhatu Nabha Metaneedol och Phra Maha Dhatu Nabhapol Bhumisiri pagoder byggdes av Thai Royal Air Force och thailändska medborgare. Inthanon Efter att ha besökt pagoderna kommer du att besöka Hmong-marknaden där du kan köpa lokala produkter som färsk frukt, blommor etc. sedan äter du lunch innan vandringsaktiviteten.
Vandra längs den vackra Phak Dok Seaw-leden med en lokal guide. Se det lokala vilda djur, växter och risterrass längs vägen. Koppla av vid Pha Dok Seaw Waterfall (rutten kan ändras till Kew Mae Pan eller andra rutter beroende på väder och regeringens tillkännagivande.)

Such an amazing experience, so many fun activities packed into one day the host was so friendly and gave us options according to the weather and to our comfort level. The elephant experience was something I won’t ever forget, as well as the hike to the highest spot in Thailand and through the waterfalls into the Rice fields really amazing.

Good day out! Elephant sanctuary was very nice, compared to other instances of elephant sightings in Thailand, you can tell that these animals are well looked after and taken care of. Doi Inthanon was a bit disappointing, but due to the foggy weather, the pagodas weren’t as visible. Trail was fun! 2.6km or so, be prepared to walk in varying terrain. And the village visit after was nice.

Beautiful busy day where we visited several sites with a very friendly guide (Mark) who knows the region and the elephants well. He gives us good information on all the places visited. The hike is on rugged terrain but the rice fields, the waterfall, and the forest are magnificent. The meal is excellent.

A lovely day trip to see the elephants and have a great walk/hike through lovely rice fields. Doi Inthanon was cloudy the day we went, but still was a nice view, and the guide gave our group the option to skip for more time with the elephants if we didn’t want the cloudy vista. The sanctuary felt ethical and the animals seemed well treated and safe, and that made this a highlight of our stay!
