Charyn Canyon National Park är den mest berömda naturliga synen i Kazakstan. Vi kommer att besöka dess VÄLkända del bland turisterna som kallas Valley of Castles på grund av dess ovanliga form. Under turnén kommer du att observera "the Martian" utsikt över Charyn Canyon. Castle Valley kallas också en "lillebror" till Grand Canyon i Colorado på grund av dess likhet, även om den är mycket mindre. På vägen till Charyn Canyon besöker vi vägmarknaden i byn Baiseiyt.

"Valley of Castles" i Charyn Canyon är över 150 km, och dess ålder är cirka 12 miljoner år, enligt de mest konservativa uppskattningarna av forskare. I forna tider var den unika ravinen botten av sjön Ili, som floden Charyn nu påminner oss om, som rinner genom kanjonen. Det är inte sämre än Grand Canyon i USA, eftersom det finns skira klippor 150-300 m höga och 200 m djupa. Under säsongen bildar dess turbulenta vatten en kraftfull ström, livsfarlig även för erfarna simmare.

If the travel agency doesn’t send a pickup time, call them. I waited 2 hours then called. They’d forgotten. Trip itself was very good as was guide. We got back an hour later then I’d wanted due to late start.
Long time was planning to visit Charyn Canyon. This time we were lucky to go, since our guide was Aidyn. He has strong SUV Lexus 470. And Aidyn himself the very knowledgeable guide with a lot of joy travelling to.
Aydin is a super guide. knows a lot, positive. and also sings beautifully and plays Kazakh musical instruments

Despite a little misunderstanding regarding the date, the tour guide managed to quickly adapt to the situation and find a solution to our convenience. We visited the Canyon, the Moon Canyon and another lake within a single day, and it was amazing ! Not only were the places wonderful, but the drive itself to these places was very pleasant and peaceful. Our tour guide was careful, interesting, and answered our many questions. It was my first time in Kazakhstan. We found Aidyn from our friend's recommendation. And didn't disappointed. The guide is really professional. He has a safe and comfortable offroad car.
