Friendly staff! Pick up was smooth. We had to wait 30 mins on the side of the road as there was a wind delay so we missed the sunrise in the balloon. But still an awesome experience!

It was a fantastic experience! In the morning at 3:30 AM, just as they had told me the night before, the shuttle arrived on time to take us to the starting point. They gave us something to eat and a bottle of water, which is always appreciated. We saw the entire preparation of the hot air balloon, which was really interesting, and then we boarded. The staff was super professional and kind, and the captain was excellent at piloting the hot air balloon, giving us an unforgettable experience. In the end, after landing, they offered us a glass of sparkling wine and a participation certificate. The ticket may seem a bit expensive, but I assure you it is absolutely worth it. There is incredible work behind all of this!
