This is a shared ride. The listing isn't clear. As far as shared rides go, it was fine. Nothing really too amazing but got us there safe and sound.
Wonderful company instructions for pickup was clear and transportation was efficient. Definitely would use again!!

Sergio was absolutely amazing! He is a phenomenal driver and host — professional, reliable, and made us feel comfortable the entire time. He’s personable, funny, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. His hospitality and attention to detail really stood out. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to have with us!
Not easy to locate the Epic agent at all. He was not visible and had to search for him. After that the trip to the resort was good.
Stay away from time share vultures. Had some wait even it took some time to get to pick up area do to timeshare folks. Driver on ride from airport to hotel had a hard time with AC. Return was in a minute buss with several other passengers, not private. Nice van and great driver but not what I thought I paid for.
Communicated well, on time, and easy to find at the Cabo airport. The driver was friendly and the shuttle van was clean
We had a big mix up on our flight home at the last minute, and we had to change our departure time by 4 hours. Veronika was the agent we dealt with, and she gladly made the change in just a few minutes and got everything scheduled for us with no problems. It took such a stress off our minds.
