We hired this company to visit Braga and Guimaraes a group of 30 people, and we hired because it had a good score and we did not want to hire free tour thinking it would be better, mistake. The first day was in Braga, the fairly regular guide to say the least, did not act as a guide, was rather a walk, pending the clock all the time and ended half an hour earlier than agreed. Faced with disappointment I called the company requesting a change of guidance for the next day in Guimaraes but they told me that impossible, and to say that in Guimaraes was something better, but we were not convinced. A shame.
En primer lugar, le agradecemos que se haya tomado el tiempo de compartir su opinión. Lamentamos, por supuesto, no haber cumplido con sus expectativas como solemos hacer, tal y como se puede comprobar en la gran mayoría de las opiniones aquí compartidas. Solo nos gustaría reiterar algunos aspectos que usted no ha mencionado y que también pueden haber tenido un impacto directo en la calidad del servicio prestado por el guía António: 1 - El grupo tenía una movilidad muy reducida, incluyendo personas en silla de ruedas, en una visita planificada al detalle, pero aún así en dos centros históricos medievales, llenos de callejuelas, subidas y bajadas y todo tipo de pavimentos, desde los modernos hasta los rústicos. 2 - La visita a ambas ciudades se realizó durante una semana de tormentas en Portugal, acompañadas de lluvias intensas y ráfagas de viento, lo que siempre dificulta las visitas guiadas con grupos de tamaño considerable y, sobre todo, con las limitaciones de movilidad ya mencionadas anteriormente. 3 - El guía sugirió en repetidas ocasiones visitar el interior de los monumentos más importantes de ambas ciudades, sugerencia que fue rechazada por la responsable del tour, quien dijo que «eso se dejaría para la tarde, en el tiempo libre del grupo». Repetimos: lamentamos mucho que el servicio del guía no haya estado a la altura de sus expectativas, pero también creo que es justo reconocer que las condiciones no eran las mejores para hacer algo con más calidad, dados los factores mencionados anteriormente. En cualquier caso, le invitamos a probar nuestros servicios en condiciones menos adversas y a darnos una oportunidad más válida para demostrar toda nuestra calidad. Gracias por su atención. I'm a travel agent and led a group of 20 on a tour of portugal. We rented a villa and the door Valley and used Your Tours for our entire stay.. They picked us up from the airport in a brand new bus and also led us daily on a total of 4 tours! The driver's were all wonderful and highly skilled to maneuver into even the tightest spaces and handled the windy roads like pros. No crazy driving like some other countries! But .. the shining stars were the tour guides! In all of my 15 years of travel and touring, I never had a guide as good as Nuno Pires and my entire group agrees!! Nuno goes above and beyond to ensure you are having a wonderful group experience but also a personal experience! He catered to us like royalty and I was so appreciative of his kindness, knowledge, personalism, professionalism but most of all, his true passion and love of what he does. We all made a true friend in Nuno and I highly recommend him along with this fabulous tour company which I found extremely easy to work with. We toured the Douro Valley, Brago, Porto and Peneda Geres National Park. The company was in contact with WhatsApp and email from beginning to end. Best yet, they are very affordable and you get a big bang for your buck! Zero complaints!! Big shout-out to Ana as well! She's another excellent tour guide that we had for a day!

Maria Santos was a dream driver/guide! She is such fun and made what could have been a difficult day with fellow travelers whom we didn't know before the tour into one of the best of our recent long trip. We had such a great day with her with lots of laughs and interesting information. She tailored the tour to our preferences and found a great small restaurant in Braga for a memorable lunch. We appreciated the nearly new Tesla Model Y even though it is far from her favorite vehicle. Thank you so much!!

Note: We only did the trip to Braga. Our day in Braga exceeded all expectations and that was due to having Miguel as our guide. His years of experience, passion for making each tour come alive and the depth and breadth of his knowledge of Braga, Portugal and Europe in general provided a perspective rarely found with tour guides, Miguel was able to connect history to modern day events and decisions. The entire day was exceptional. In addition, Miguel is a wonderful, genuine person and we established a comfortable relationship immediately. We have worked with tour guides in many destinations over the years. We would include Miguel in a very small group of exceptional tour guides.
