It is a short cruise but the young captain was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He was willing to assist us during this time.
Really enjoyed the boat tour, our guide was knowledgeable and friendly and it was a really pleasant trip. I would do it again!
We had a lovely boat trip. A glass of sparkling wine, nice music , a good commentary, a relaxing way to start the day. Thank you Coco, we really enjoyed our boat trip

Wonderful boat ride on the Canal de Alfonso XIII, thanks to Captain Jose, who made the journey very enjoyable with his explanations.
The guide quickly and briefly shared his information in English, then switched back to Spanish to converse with the guests. He completely ignored others, especially me as a solo traveler, when it came to taking photos. The glasses for the drinks stood in the sun for a long time, making the drinks very warm. He got ice cubes for his water for himself! It was so boring and done without enthusiasm; it was a waste of money. He liked to talk often and a lot about tips :(
Lovely informative river cruise. There were just four of us and the guide on the boat so very spacious. There is a choice of drink available for €2 with the first included in the ticket price. The guide is also able to drop you off on the return leg on the Triana side which was great as we managed to fit a visit to the ceramics museum too.
This I not a reflection of the people running the tour. The boat captain was nice and did his best. Same for the person at the gate. However, this should not even exist! It's 10 minutes of information stretched into 1.5 hours. Basically paid for a very expensive beer and coke. Lots of construction on the river front. But that doesn't even matter - you go 1 mph under a few bridges and a few things are pointed out. Because there just isn't anything there to look at. Save your money - do another tour. Again, nice people working it. Boat new and great condition. Do a tour inland and learn about the city.
Perfect small group size makes it feel for personal & the captain was very knowledgeable about all the sites. I highly recommend over the big boat tours.
Fantastic trip with Cesar who was so knowledgeable-we saw so much and he made it highly entertaining and enjoyable- would definitely recommend it’s a great way to see the city!
