A fascinating city, old and super new. All designed to the best level, but keeping old and beautiful corners. Very good means of transport, city not congested. A wonder to live, one imagines instantly. Culture, design, great culinary, friendly people, everything seems to take her to the podium of the best in the world. Driver met us inside airport and we were loaded into the car in minutes. Very comfortable ride to our destination. Excellent service!
The driver was waiting for us with a sign. Good vehicle for 6 with luggage I would use this driver/company again.
Marcos, our driver, was there for us when we arrived. He waited a bit longer because our luggage didn’t show up and we had to fill out claim forms. He was very pleasant and his car was immaculate. I highly recommend him and this service.
Thank goodness for this service. We had 5 people with a lot of luggage to get from a rather remote location to a train station in a different town. Sadly, I don’t remember some details, such as our driver’s name, but I remember that he was super nice and super communicative. He even called to let me know he was going to be 5 minutes late due to unexpected traffic. His vehicle was clean and spacious. I would definitely use this service again.
Everything went perfectly. We met our driver easily, car was clean and super nice, loaded and unloaded our luggage. Highly recommend.
Our flight was seven hours delayed and communication was seamless and easy with this company. Our driver was waiting for us on arrival and the vehicle was clean and comfortable after a long day of traveling. We arrived at our hotel in record time and could not have been more happy.
In March I made the reservation to park the car through Parkos, and leave the car on April 6 at 12:30 in the morning. I left it paid, and the Enterprise that managed the parking and took us from their parking lot to the airport was Park&go. The same night before leaving, they sent us a watsapp saying that because of a computer error they could not take care of the vehicle.
The drive was good but the driver could not understand any English. It was a very quiet ride. Scenic drive into Bilboa but the driver couldn’t answer any of our questions.
Vehicle was pristine and the driver was friendly and professional. This service was a great convenience for a solo traveler's late night arrival.
