Med en lokalinvånare född och uppvuxen i Bilbao kom och upptäck en vacker stad och det fantastiska baskiska köket på vår 3 - timmars "pintxos" (baskiska tapas) turné i Bilbao. Upplev de 700 år gamla gatorna i Gamla stan med en professionell lokal 100% baskisk Guide som är Expert på Bilbao kulinariska scenen. Vi är den ursprungliga "Bilbao Food Tour" har varit pionjärer i staden med start 2014 med vår hemsida : bilbaofoodtour.com Vi kommer att besöka 5 barer och prova pintxo stilar som sträcker sig från traditionella till moderna. Din Guide kommer att para ihop varje provning med ett utmärkt vin som kompletterar pintxon. Viner som vi rekommenderar inkluderar rött vin från La Rioja, Txakoli (ett lätt mousserande vitt vin från Baskien), och mer!

-Vi kommer att göra som baskerna! En barhoppningstur i Bilbao. Jag kommer att beställa dem åt dig och kocken kommer att göra dem direkt åt dig. -Vi ska provsmaka de traditionella pintxos och även andra som har fått AWARDS i de berömda pintxotävlingarna. Du kommer att uppleva allt Bilbao har att erbjuda på denna turné med stopp vid mycket moderna barer, och även stopp vid några av de äldsta barerna i staden! -Jag ska lära dig hur man beställer pintxos. Efter min turné kommer du att ha självförtroendet att gå på vilken bar som helst i staden! -Jag parar pintxos med ett vin som passar bäst för den typ av mat vi upplever. Vi kommer att prova rött och vitt vin, cider och andra drycker på denna turné. -Jag vet de bästa barerna i min stad och vad jag ska beställa eftersom jag är född och uppvuxen i Bilbao!

Leire was an incredible host! Very knowledgeable and engaging! I highly recommend doing this. I loved getting to try so many different pinxos, while learning and drinking along the way!
5 restaurants, 10 pinxtos, reserved seating in most locations. Quality food and matching wines. Host Leire was knowledgeable and entertaining in her representation of all things Basque. Highly recommend (bring a healthy appetite!). A fun way to interact with other travellers.
Wonderful tour,great food and wine pairing but Irene the tour guide made the entire tour. Knowledgeable, fun and passionate about her city! Highly recommended
The food tour with Irene was wonderful. She was so knowledgeable and gave us a great sense of the history and culture of Bilbao and the Basque region as well as taking us to varios bars where we all ate the tasty pintxos. Would highly recommend it.
Come hungry, there’s a lot of food and wine. Really great pintxhos that you might not discover on your own. Our guide Lay was absolutely amazing. Friendly, funny, knowledgeable about Basque food and wine, and super accommodating.

This was our first time visiting the Basque County and while enjoying a YouTube video called Spain Revealed, we happened to see this particular show with The Pinxtos Queens. It was great and we decided book the tour prior to arriving in Bilbao.....great choice! Our guide on the tour was Esti. A sweet lady with an amazing personality and she quickly had the group of nine strangers feeling like good friends in just a few minutes. Esti is a local and has an excellent handle on the history of the Basque region. It was great listening to her stories. We visited five Pinxtos bars and every one of them was an amazing dining adventure. Would we do this tour again......in a heartbeat!! Thank you Esti and the Pinxtos Queens for a wonderful evening. Hasta Pronto!!
