Marinella is very knowledgeable, spoke English every well and took us through the ruins at a comfortable pace. She shared a lot of the history. I would highly recommend Marinella for a guided tour of the ruins. Can’t imagine a tour of the ruins without a guide as knowledgeable as Marinella. Thank you!

Visit in very clear, interesting and nice French. Marinella was very flexible and perfectly adapted to our hourly possibility. Thanks to her we all learned a lot and no time wasted looking for parking, tickets, queuing etc. I think she could share her passion for 6 or 9 hours but we chose a 3h (morning) visit and with a 12 year old boy it was perfect.

We met Marinella who was a unique guide. He accompanied us in learning about the history of the ancient city of Pompeii, the uses and customs of Roman civilization, from food to the architecture of the streets and domus (or houses). But it was not limited to this, we talked about the philosophy that enriched the life of society at the time, the Greek and Etruscan influences ... She was helpful in choosing with us the most suitable route for our curiosity, and also in greeting us at the end of the visit gave us other information about the rest of the site, such as the description of the amphitheater that enticed us to visit.
