Brouilly, Morgon, Chiroubles, Fleurie, Moulin-a-Vent, Juliénas, etc. Välkommen till norra Beaujolais-regionen där eliten Gamay-viner som heter "crus" produceras! Längs denna vinrundtur, när du kör genom charmiga städer med vackra slott, låt oss presentera dig för några av de mest kända Beaujolais-vinerna på en liten vingård och i den magnifika källaren till Chateau Estate:

Klockan 13.50 möter vår engelsktalande guide dig framför Lyon Office de Tourisme-byggnaden på Bellecour-torget (50 m mittemot Le Royal Hotel). Efter en kort promenad kommer deltagarna att sätta sig på den 8-sitsiga minivanen för att börja vinet till Northern Beaujolais.
Börja resan med att resa på den vackra Beaujolais "Route des Vins" och med din guide lär dig om "terroir" (fransk filosofi för vin) och de olika egenskaperna hos Beaujolais "crus" vinbeteckningar. Passera Mont Brouilly, en slående vacker vilande vulkan täckt av sekulära vingårdar.
Klockan 15.15 trycker du på dörren till en liten familjevingård, träffar en passionerad vinmakare och lär dig de olika stegen i den unika vinframställningsprocessen i Beaujolais som kallas "semi-karbonisk" maceration. Gå sedan till den fint inredda caveauen (vinprovningsrummet) för att njuta av flera crus Beaujolais-viner från olika årgångar.
Korsa sedan Morgon och res till La Madone-kapellet i staden Fleurie för att njuta av ett hisnande panorama av vinregionen Beaujolais: på klara dagar kan du ha chansen att se Alperna och Mount Blanc!
Res igen på Beaujolais vinväg, passera Moulin-à-Vent och nå Chénas stad för att upptäcka den fantastiska källaren på en Chateau Wine Estate full av ekfat. Det är dags att njuta av vackra Crus-viner när din guide beskriver dem och berättar om deras aromer, balans och komplexitet ... Bara oförglömlig!

This was truly an amazing tour. Sebastien was an incredible tour guide. We learned so much about the wine making process and sampled so many delicious wines from the Beaujolais region. As an added bonus, driving through the vineyards was beautiful! Highly recommend!

We had a great time. Really enjoyed both wineries and Olivier was very knowledgeable. We also stopped for scenic views along the way. There were 8 of us so the van was full. Everyone had a seat but you will get close with your fellow passengers. It was definitely more wineries than castles as a couple were pointed out on the way, but the Wine tour is what I wanted.

Most favorite part of the tour was being able to visit small winierys and the owners actually telling our group the history of their vineyards. Being able to understand the whole process step by step, then being able to sample the wine was very intersting I would highly recommend this tour to visitors for a very pleasant afternoon full of history, excellent wines and meeting very lovely people.
