We had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Montse on our Barcelona Private Sweet Tasting & Stories tour! She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and so much fun to spend the morning with. Not only did we learn so much about the history, culture, and hidden gems of Barcelona, but we also got to try some of the most delicious sweet treats we’ve ever had. Montse truly went above and beyond to make the experience personal, engaging, and memorable for our whole family. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and that passion made the tour even more special. She made the Gothic Quarter come alive with stories and recommendations we never would have discovered on our own. This is a very personal trip, and our host Montse was excellent. A passionate Catalan who opened our eyes to lots of things.
Our large group of six adults and six children had an absolutely fabulous tour with Montse. As a local she was very knowledgeable about the area, could make special reservations for our large group, and really knew the best places to go for the tour and in general. She kept the children engaged and even helped with accommodating a dairy allergy. We highly recommend touring with Montse!

Montse was an absolute delight, we truly felt like we were hanging out with a friend who had deep knowledge about Barcelona culture, history and current events. Our kids (10, 8, and 5) enjoyed all the sweet shops as well as the little bits of learning that she would incorporate into each tasting. This tour is a must for anyone who wants a local’s insight into this beautiful city.
