Couldn't recommend this more highly, especially on your arrival day to Barcelona . Vincent spoke great English, but more importantly was able to capture the highlights of things I wanted to see versus my girlfriend. Very different interests but we got a combination of both! What we both like most about it was getting " the lay of the land": hotspots, different neighborhoods, major attractions, hidden gems and getting a feeling for the old district (where we were staying) and the surrounding neighborhoods. Great value, and the private aspect cannot be overrated.
Perfect way to start your visit to this great city. Vincent started with finding out our interests and truly customizing for both of us. I strongly recommend anyone looking to get the lay of the land!
Deborah was an absolutely fantastic guide in Barcelona! Super lovely, knowledgeable, and she really tailored the experience to our interests and pace. She made the whole tour feel personal, relaxed, and engaging. On top of that, she was incredibly funny and kind, which made the day even more enjoyable. We learned so much while having a great time. Debora was an excellent guide. She took us all around the city and showed us the sights. She was extremely friendly and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
She showed up on time. I was leaving to walk the El Camino and had a lot of decisions to make. She kept asking me what I wanted to do and see. She read the history off a script. Her English wasn't great. We did not really connect. I wanted to leave after about an hour and I had opted for three. Not a great experience. She also asked me quiz type questions which were annoying. To much money and not enjoyable.

Our walking tour covered almost "all" of Old Town Barcelona. We walked over 20,000 steps. Matilda was a fabulous guide, five stars plus. She contacted us before the tour so that we could make arrangements to go through the Sagrada Familia on our own, she is not a licensed guide for that church. We spent 8 hours with her and another 2 hours in the church on another day. Matilda took us everywhere. We would walk into a square. She would take us out a little corner street and we would end up in another Square at another fabulous attraction. We saw the infamous kiss. We got incredible pictures at the Cathedral and of Parliament buildings, and of the mayor's office. We walked to the Columbus statue. I didn't feel we missed anything. Matilda had lunch reservations at an authentic restaurant for us where the good was great. Both the you're and our guide, Matilda were amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pau was energetic and enthusiastic about Barcelona. He didn’t always focus on the places and topics we had asked him to include in our private tour but he did eventually touch lightly on them towards the end of our time together.
