When we arrived at the meeting point we were told the boat was full and they were unable to refund our money. We paid for a taxi and precious time we had in Barcelona. The gentleman in charge of the boat was not helpful and did not care.

The person in charge of the service went to confirm the booking this afternoon, and we quickly looked for a solution so you could leave, before telling you directly that you couldn't leave and that we would refund your money. We always try to find a solution first so you can enjoy the experience you came for. We found a solution and gave you the option to leave, but you told us you no longer wanted to. At that point, we contacted Viator to arrange for your refund. I believe we acted correctly, and above all, we always want our customers to be able to go sailing. Best regards
