If you love Gaudi Park Guell is a must see experience. The park is a fair way from the city centre so get a taxi and bus it back. It was a very hot day so we spent 2.5 hrs exploring the park as it was also very crowded from 10:30 am. There is an audio tour but we didn’t bother, we just wandered all the paths to the top and sat frequently and enjoyed the views. There is colour in the mosaics and you will marvel at the architecture- a lot to see so just allow time to soak it up.
Communication was confusing and unclear. Multiple communication and App indicating that tickets needed to redeemed at entrance with no tour contact on sight and official Parc Guell staff not knowing the tour operator. Ticket QR code was finally received after messaging via the app. The contact number of the tour operator was in Italy when the tour was booked for and located in Spain!? Tickets can be booked and paid for online with Parc Guell directly for €18 with friendly service, technology and english language support at the gate. Audio tour can also be downloaded from the Parc Guell site. This tour is a waste of money as zero value is provided!
The ticket provider, Roots in Rome, Barcelona, did not provide a ticket until after the booking time, and then it was for a time I had not requested, so it was worthless. Do not but through Tripadvisor, Viator, or Roots in Rome. Go direct to the Park Guell site! Important! Also Tripadvisor has not been helpful in providing a refund
We booked an English tour, 55 minutes. No where in the booking instructions did Roots in Rome- the operator indicate that they weren’t physically providing the tour. We repeatedly asked where to meet, and got back vague responses. Turns out it was as audio tour - which was not sent to us until after we complained after we left the park! So we received the audio via email after we left the park. They are also refusing to refund us. Complete SCAM!
We were not able to get in, a QR code was never sent that the place could allow us to go in. We used the chat function and was only told to scan the barcode which again is not what accepted at the park. We requested and was denied a refund in less than 5 minutes. We ended up buying tickets at the park. We will be disputing the charges.

Great park, beautifully designed. Still only 3 stars because There are far too few toilets for the number of people. Too expensive.
The operator in charge of the tour never responded to messages in a timely manner. It has been a theft of USD 138 for tickets that only cost USD 60. It did not include any contracted services, and they did not respond to the complaint. It has been a THEFT and a scam.
Well worth a visit a fascinating walk through these stunning gardens to admire amazing works of art .
Park Guell was so beautiful. I truly wish I could have stayed longer.
