Din resa börjar i Kissamos hamn på en halvprivat kryssning ombord på en elegant katamaran. Njut av espresso, te, vatten, läsk och en fräsch frukostskål. När vi närmar oss Balos Lagoon – koppla av på solstolar, smutta på detoxvatten eller en proteinshake och beundra den fantastiska rosa-vita sanden och det turkosa vattnet. Vid ankomsten, njuta av äkta kretensiska bett. Simma, paddla eller bara koppla av i solen. Därefter utforska Gramvousa Island, en obebodd pärla med vilda landskap och kristallvatten. En kretensisk lunch väntar, tillverkad av lokala ekologiska råvaror. Para ihop med grekiskt öl eller krispigt vitt vin från den öppna baren. Alternativ för vegetarianer, skaldjursälskare och barn finns tillgängliga. Efter lunch kan du varva ner på däck eller ta ett nytt dopp innan du återvänder till Kissamos hamn, utvilad, inspirerad och redo att vårda varje ögonblick. We had an amazing experience on this cruise! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. They made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time throughout the day. The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of fresh, flavorful options that exceeded our expectations. The boat itself was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. One of the things we appreciated most was that it never felt overcrowded. There was plenty of space to relax, enjoy the views, and take in the experience without feeling packed in. We would absolutely recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Crete and would happily do it again!

Terrible experience. We booked VIP and it was such a dissapointment. The host Alleandro is the biggest failure of the experience. He is patronizing and harassing guests. He does not stop speaking and treating the adult crowd like children. He plays the worst Greek music. They sell the tickets as open bar. This is false. They only provide on free drink and no cocktails. Everything is extra charge. The food is not fresh at all and there is no choice. Bring your own food!!! The whole trip was disappointing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ We chose the semi-private catamaran cruise with around 20 guests, and we are very happy with that decision. The atmosphere on board was relaxed, there was plenty of space for everyone, and it never felt crowded. Before booking, the team answered all of our questions quickly and kindly, which gave us a lot of confidence. They even noted our request for a catamaran with a trampoline net, which we really appreciated. The early start turned out to be a real advantage. We arrived at Balos before the large crowds, allowing us to enjoy the lagoon in a peaceful atmosphere. As we were leaving, hundreds of visitors were arriving on the large excursion boats, so we were very glad to have experienced Balos before it became busy. Our daughter especially loved the crystal-clear turquoise water and the partly pink-coloured sand. We would definitely recommend bringing water shoes, as they make walking along the beach much more comfortable. Our daughter had a difficult start to the day because of the early pick-up and a bit of seasickness. She even said she wanted to go home. However, once we reached Balos, everything changed. She loved swimming, snorkeling, and watching the fish, and by the end of the day she was smiling again. This, of course, had nothing to do with the tour itself. The crew was outstanding throughout the entire day—friendly, attentive, and professional without ever being intrusive. The catamaran was beautiful and very well maintained. Lunch was fresh and delicious, and relaxing on the trampoline net with a glass of wine while looking out over the sea became one of the highlights of our holiday. At Gramvousa, we deliberately decided not to go ashore. Instead, we stayed on board, enjoyed lunch, relaxed, and swam in the calm bay while most visitors headed to the island. For us, that was exactly what we had hoped for when booking a catamaran instead of one of the large tourist boats. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, don’t feel that you have to leave the boat. The snorkeling equipment was of very good quality. Don’t expect colourful coral reefs—this is the Mediterranean—but the water is incredibly clear and perfect for enjoying the underwater scenery and watching fish. One thing that impressed us was the professionalism of the DanEri team. When the small tender boat unexpectedly developed a problem, the crews from the other DanEri catamarans immediately worked together, handled everything calmly, and made sure all guests reached their destinations safely. It was reassuring to see how well they cooperated. The only reason for four instead of five stars is that I am a sailing enthusiast. I had hoped to spend at least part of the trip sailing under wind. Unfortunately, the engines were used for the entire cruise. I completely understand that safety and weather conditions always come first, but actually sailing would have made this already wonderful experience perfect. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our holiday in Crete. If you are looking for a high-quality, relaxing catamaran experience with a small group, excellent service, great food, and beautiful swimming stops, we can wholeheartedly recommend this tour.

We booked the Balos & Gramvousa Luxury Catamaran Cruise directly through DanEri Yachts' website, choosing it over cheaper alternatives because of the premium experience advertised. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the promotional materials. AT ALL! The website shows a spacious catamaran with a large front net and roomy lounging areas. The boat we were assigned was much smaller, had no front net, fewer sunbathing areas, and only one paddleboard. Although the boat was not full, my husband and I still had to share one sunbed. The meal was another major disappointment. The website advertises a **freshly prepared meal** and even shows food being prepared in the promotional video. Instead, we received what appeared to be a pre-prepared meal reheated in a microwave that was not even thoroughly heated. The main protein consisted of only TWO PRAWNS.(yes p1 was the full meal , and it was different content compare to the others) I was also forgotten during meal service and only received my meal after reminding the crew member, when most other passengers had already finished eating. Captain Jacob told us that we are on the less luxury boat and the photos and videos on the website were from a previous season, that the meal offering had changed, and that he would discuss a partial refund with the company. After contacting DanEri Yachts, they replied that they operate two different catamarans under the same package that day( but I was told by the captain that the other one was more luxury?) . They offered a **10% refund** initially but then stopped responding.

We were contacted the day before our excursion that we had to move to a different day. We last minute switched excursions to make this work. Unfortunately the day we switched to was extremely choppy, which I’m aware is not the operator’s fault. We were docked at Balos Beach and they left us! We saw them take another passenger on the buoy and thought they were coming back to take us as well, but saw them sail away to Gramvousa. We had to notify a boat nearby to call them to get us. They made it sound like we were left because we were late which is not true. Irregardless, you count passengers before leaving. Not worth the price and not worth being left without our belongings or passports without so much as an apology. Could give 0/5 million if I could. Gone on boat tours in other Greek islands and countries and never had this happen before. Ridiculous

I booked an excursion with this company, and the experience was simply appalling. The service never took place because the company failed miserably in the organization: they gave us the wrong hotel pickup time and left us stranded waiting. Worst of all wasn't just the mistake, but the total lack of respect and professionalism that followed. No one bothered to call us to let us know about the delay or the error. We made dozens of calls trying to find out what was going on, but no one answered. To this day, the company has remained completely silent. We haven't received a single apology; they still won't answer the phone and are completely ignoring the customer after having taken our money. This isn't just incompetence; it’s a lack of business integrity. I do not recommend this company to anyone. If you don't want to ruin your vacation and lose money, stay far away from this operator! I am going to file a formal complaint in the official complaints book and with the relevant authorities.

The overcrowding on this boat completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable family experience. For a six hour excursion, there was virtually no space for passengers to relax in comfort. Those who boarded first claimed all of the cushioned seating and lounged across the available space, while the rest of us had no choice but to sit on the hard edges of the boat for most of the trip. Calling this a luxury catamaran experience is simply inaccurate. This was especially difficult for my daughter, who suffered from seasickness throughout the excursion. Having to sit on the hard edge of the boat while feeling unwell made an already unpleasant experience even worse. Comfort was one of the main reasons we chose and paid for this tour, and it was completely lacking. After paying 465 euros, I expected a spacious, comfortable, and premium experience that reflected the way this excursion was advertised. Instead, it was overcrowded, poorly managed, and represented extremely poor value for money. The only highlight was the beautiful scenery, which is a credit to Greece itself, not to the company operating this cruise. I am genuinely upset that we spent 465 euros on this experience. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this excursion to look at other cruise options before booking.

The **Comfort** ticket provides access to the shared main deck, where seating is not assigned and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. This difference between the two ticket types is clearly explained in the tour description before booking, allowing guests to choose the option that best suits their preferences. Over marketed as luxury & differentiated “protein” cocktails. Overpriced for the small & unimpressive catamaran and service. Kind staff, but bare minimum service. Choose a lower price option and expectations will be met.
