Excellent service with great communication. The driver was waiting for us in the throng of drivers at the airport exit but he had texted a photo of the name sign so I knew what I was looking for. When we were a bit late coming out of the terminal the driver waited patiently even though by then it was getting very late. Drive to the airport was smooth and safe. Would recommend

Seamless! Our driver was waiting for us at 1:30am with my name clearly posted, which was such a relief after a long flight. Would highly recommend! Side note: during booking, you need to select the area as well as put in the hotel name. It was totally my mistake, but I chose the wrong area (but right hotel), and it wasn’t until the day of arrival that I was told about this, and we had to pay more than the price we booked. My advice would be to contact the company to ask about which area to pick if you have any confusion. (When you’re not familiar with the city, it’s a little hard.)

Our driver sent us a text to alert us he was waiting outside by the arrival areal. The driver input the wrong hotel to his Google Map. He realized his mistake, apologize and quickly input the correct hotel address to his Google Map. We arrived to the hotel and only took another 10 minutes.

Driver could not speak English/ nor understood hard to communicate with him! He was holding a very little sign on school paper with line! Not very professional!! Would have missed him if we didn’t walk very very slowly!

Efficient, friendly, great communicator, and punctual. As a solo female traveler I felt extremely comfortable and would highly recommend Bayu to anyone that needs airport transfer to and also for tours. His English proficiency is outstanding. He has a strong background and understanding of dealing with customers from all over the world due to his previous worldwide work experience. You’ll immediately feel like you met your first friend in Bali due to his attentiveness and pride for his birth place.

First time in Bali, we were lucky enough to be assigned with Bayu, our driver. He was absolutely perfect as our pickup transfer driver! Very friendly and gave us tips during our drive from airport to hotel. I liked Bayu so much that we booked another transfer with Bayu a few days later to another stay! I would highly recommend using this service for especially the first time Bali airport transfer as it was a bit overwhelming when we got out of the airport but Bayu was able to locate us and safely transport us to Sidemen which was a long drive. Use this company to book airport transport without hesitation and ask for Bayu! Thank you again! I will refer you to any and all we know who will be coming to Bali~

Our driver buyu was fantastic! Always on time and polite. Incredible service and suggestions so we wasnt late for our flights. Car was very clean and new. 10/10 will book again next time in bali
