Uluwatu-templet är nära anknutet till en Holyman som heter Mpu Kuturan som kommer till Bali ön år 1039 e.Kr. och i tiden fanns några kulturer grundade på Bali, alla lever i harmoni och tolererade varandra. Sedan förenar han alla kulturer blir Tri Murti-koncept. Och på hans andliga resa, som då han bygger 17 tempel och en av dem är Uluwatu tempel.
Kecak Dance spelas av cirka 50 män genom att ropa orden CHAK, och temainagan som de spelade tagit från historien om Ramayana. Som berättar om Sri Rams resa är en inkarnation av guden med sin bror Laksmana för att befria sin fru Sita, som kidnappades av Rahwana, kungen av Alengkapura.
Längs Jimbaran till Kedonganan Beach finns det många kaféer som drivs av lokalbefolkningen. Det är något som nattmarknader där besökare kan välja ett brett utbud av skaldjur. Nästan alla kaféer erbjuder speciella skaldjur menyer med lokala recept eller kombination med den västra. Fisk levereras av en närliggande fiskare by vid Kedonganan.

The slogan of the company of “leave as friends” felt very true with our guide Widu. He smoothly guided us through the crowded temple grounds and helped us make informed decisions about how to spend our time, even suggesting the lovely tea/coffee tasting as we had free time before our tour began (Luwak coffee is surprisingly good!). We hope to see Widu again during our time in Bali!
Highly recommend Eco Bali Tours. The communication via what’s app was timely and everything went according to itinerary. Recommend our driver and guide Putu Muli. He was very knowledgable about the country and provided a best in class experience. Temple was breathtaking, fire dance was a great cultural experience. And listen to your guide about the monkeys!!! Suta is a very experienced tour guide. He knew Uluwatu inside out. During the trip he presented the beauty of Uluwatu to us and protect us from the wild Monkey.
