Just returned from an incredible tour of Turkey with Serendipity. I've been communicating with Fazli since before Covid, when our first planned trip had to be cancelled. Fazli has been very responsive to all my Email and flexible with all my requests. In fact, I asked to add an extra day in Istanbul to our 10 day tour, and that was no problem (and I highly recommend the change if possible). We were a group of three and we joined two other couples who we did not know for a total of 7 people in our group. All of our accommodations were well located (two blocks from Hagia Sofia in Istanbul), very clean, and generally with comfortable beds. Overall, the food was good, but there was some variance between the 5 or so hotels in which we stayed. The restaurants we visited for our lunches were all excellent. The days were well paced (with a few days of much walking at some of the ancient sites). The days we had long drives were broken up with site visits along the way and plenty of breaks. There's a lot to see and do in Turkey, and the sites were incredible. Our guide Veysel was top notch! I can't imagine having a better guide. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the country and the sites, as well as other relevant historical facts and situations that really tied together the stories and the information, he provided to us. He was also very flexible in meeting our extra requests when that was possible. For example, we fit in some tasting at a local winery in Cappadocia. Overall, a great experience, and I highly recommend Serendipity.

One of the most amazing tours I have ever been on Veysel was an amazing guide so knowledgeable and Will by to the extra mile to satisfy the groups needs Fersvi the driver was also great so kind nd I am a seasoned traveller and this is the best tour I have been involved in In a short time we saw the key elements of Turkey

The kindness and attention of the people everywhere, specially the guide and the driver. The tour was an experience that blew our minds, never imagined how awesome Turkey and the Turkish people are. Veysel Gokhan Bayam aka Vase to our group was wonderful. His english is great and his knowledge of all the history is amazing. I was blown away with his infinite knowledge of all the biblical historical sites we went to. Along with all the mythology stories that tied into all that we saw. The hotels chosen with our group was excellent - some were beyond what we expected. I hope to do this tour again and also add more days to see more of Turkey. And definitely with this tour company. They arranged PCR tests at our hotel before our departure - which worked out great. This company and Vase are truly the best if you want to see Turkey. And our driver " the Sultan " was such a nice man and a great driver too.

Myself and David have just finished a marvellous tour of Istanbul and Western Turkey ending up in Cappadocia and Istanbul. It was winter and so we had a lot of luck with the weather. We were in the safe and considerate hands of our tour guide Fazli and the ever- capable driver, Mr Fezmi. Fazli was a fountain of knowledge and we gained a great insight into contemporary and ancient Turkey. At all times we knew we were in good hands and had an amazing experience. I left my passport behind in one of the hotels and Fazli solved the problem without blinking. The outcome could have been so much different. We had great travel partners on this small snow- capped tour and could not have been luckier. We really recommend this way of seeing and learning about Turkey.
