I have been on several food tours around the world, but this one might have been the absolute best! Isabel is not only an exceptional guide, but she is also just a truly wonderful, lovely person. She did an incredible job of giving us a rich, authentic flavor of both the local food and the culture. We had a group of ten, and Isabel accommodated our various allergies and gluten-free needs seamlessly without missing a beat. Everything we tasted was incredibly delicious, and the wine/drink pairings were spectacular. Everyone in our group absolutely loved every minute of it. I really cannot say enough great things about Isabel. She is fun, incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and so warm. If you are considering booking this tour, do not hesitate! We couldn't recommend her more. Thank you, Isabel, for an unforgettable day!
This was our first ever food tour and we weren’t sure what to expect but what can I say other than it was fantastic. Isabel is such a lovely friendly person she makes you feel so at ease and keeps the chat going as you wander from place to place trying lots of different foods. We enjoyed one of the restaurants so much we went back by ourselves two days later. If you do anything while in Portimao book this tour you won’t regret it.

Isabel is absolutely wonderful! We just finished our tour with her and it was such a highlight of our trip. She was fun, knowledgeable and so engaging. She accommodated our allergies and gluten issues with no issue at all. And oh my goodness, it was so DELICIOUS! Such wonderful food and wine! Everyone in our group of ten loved it! An amazing afternoon! Isabel was a wonderful guide - friendly, knowledgeable, and very passionate about sharing the culture and local knowledge. The tour took us to several local spots that we would never have discovered on our own and Isabel explained the history behind many of the dishes and ingredients, which made the experience even more interesting. There was a great variety of dishes to try and they were all delicious!! There were just two of us on this tour so the pace was relaxed and we really got to know Isabel. If you're visiting Portimão we highly recommend 👌🤩
Isabel was really great, very bubbly and made me feel included within the group of other couples/family. She spoke to everyone and was well informed about the food we tried and the places we went. The great thing about this tour is we were provided with lots of small tasters of various portuguese foods which all tasted amazing and very much filled me up by the end! Would highly recomend this tour, was lovely to meet new people, see the town and try authentic food :)

Fantastic food/market tour with Tiago! It was fun, delicious, and full of great information and stories about the amazing food and wines of the Algarve! We went to the market and then to a number of restaurants and cafés—we felt welcomed in each and got to taste a wide variety of delicious foods and drinks. Highly recommend this wonderful way to enjoy all the best of Portimão—the people, the foods, and the culture!
Isabelle was a phenomenal guide as we toured a local market, learned about seafood & Portuguese food customs. She then took us on a walking tour of local restaurants & bakeries to experience authentic & delicious Portuguese food & it was amazing! Isabelle shared a wealth of information about many topics ie: Portuguese health care, politics, etc so we got an unbiased local persons views of Portuguese life & we learned so much about this beautiful country! This is an excursion that you MUST do, we thoroughly enjoyed every moment & our hearts are as full as our stomachs! Obrigada Isabelle! ❤️
