It was a tourist mass experience, well organised but we felt like a cattle. The guide didn’t seem to really enjoy his job, which came through. I think kayaking around the caves might be a more real, enjoyable and authentic experience.
Didn’t went becase they didn’t change my reservation Caled to Numbers no one awnsered. When they did took hours to send ma an e mail saying the day of may experience had passed and were sorry they didn’t see my e mail 🤣🤣
Worth it. Best way to see a beauty of the shore. Trip was well organized and fast, though informative with sense of humor. Would recommend

Great value for money, went with my son and we had a great time. Captain Tiago sailed us to breathtaking views, and the combo of guide Carlos and a hyperenthusiastic group of Brazilian fellow passengers made it a particularly fun hour and a half. Pros: Breathtaking views. Carlos was an awesome guide (knowledgeable and funny!). Well organized boarding, it's the operator forming the queue from their manifest - no idea what's the ordering criteria, but at least it creates order without debate! The exclusive promotional meal offering at their restaurant Allgarbe was a nice touch and the food there was great. Cons: the wait for the check-in has zero shade, and we also had to wait too much time under an unforgiving sunshine to get out of the boat. The boat is a bit crammed. At the Allgarbe restaurant, it became apparent that Carlos's optimism about the restaurant being able to accommodate everyone was a bit unfounded (and from the looks of it the restaurant's maítre d' would agree) - we were lucky because we were only 2, but not everyone was so lucky, and for us it still took ages to get food. Overall a nice, no frills tour.

Disappointing check-in experience with Atlantis Tours The Benagil Caves tour itself was great, and Nuno and Rui the captains were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the girls at the check-in trailer. I booked the tour two days in advance, followed all the instructions, and arrived early for the 4:10 check-in. Instead of a smooth and welcoming check-in, I was given excuse after excuse. First, they couldn’t find my ticket, then questioned the language I had booked, and eventually told me the boat wasn’t ready and that I had to come back at 5:00. It was around 30°C, and we were left waiting outside with no facilities. I was travelling with my children, and the check-in staff were not accommodating or helpful. It was especially disappointing because the actual tour were great, but the poor check-in experience really took away from what could have been an excellent overall experience. I hope Atlantis Tours addresses the customer service at the check-in trailer, because the tour itself deserves better.

For our daughters (11 and 16 years old) it was the best part of the vacation. I was worried in case the little one got seasick, but it was quite the opposite. Juan and Nuno made the experience interesting and very fun. We were laughing practically the entire trip. The group we went with was also very lively, and that helped. We will be back next year!!

Great couple of hours out, visiting all the caves by boat, the crew, Sergio & Chico, were a bundle of laughs, saying it as it is, and making time fly, but goving interesting info at the same time. Highly recommend the trip.
