Great experience travel guide was really friendly. He enthusiasm was contagious, inspiring us to ask questions and engage more deeply with our surroundings. By the end of the tour, we felt like we had made a new friend rather than just a guide. Overall, his warmth and knowledge transformed our trip into an unforgettable adventure.

Had fun in spite of the poorly maintained ATVs. Mine died at least 6 times, and had a front tire blow out. I may or may not have been called a pendejo after expressing frustration over the situation (the ATV slid into a ditch because of the blowout). If the machines had been better maintained, I’d have rated 5-stars.
We are sorry for your situation, thank you for reporting it. We are working on it, for your best enjoyment, we even received new equipment, and we are always under maintenance from everyone.
Great service German was the absolute best. My sister and i had a timeeee. Would definitely use them again. Also they have an awesome photographer!
Transportation showed up on time to pick us up from the hotel. There were options to buy all kinds of stuff for the excursion. Sunglasses swim trunks, crocs, bandannas, etc. duration of the excursion was about 4 hours. 6 -7 hours with travel. Only down side was not enough time at Macao Beach which was beautiful. Great quality photos were offered after that were an affordable price.
This was a great excursion, though I wish we could’ve spent more time at the beach (which was gorgeous) and the cenote. My friends and I enjoyed this experience. We were able to ride the ATVs solo and there was a couple that shared theirs. The ride was peaceful yet bumpy. We were picked up from our hotel but the air in the van wasn’t super cold, which is why my friends and I gave this 4 stars. Also, the pictures weren’t available when we finished the tour, but one of my friends got the photographer’s number
Very good all the equipment worked mechanical just in case in the group. Luis the Guide very attentive and respectful. Grateful for everything.
