Estimado cliente, Antes que nada, queremos pedir disculpas por lo ocurrido durante su excursión. Lamentablemente, todo lo que pasó estuvo completamente fuera de nuestro control y es algo muy inusual. El primer coche sufrió una avería antes de llegar a recogerles, por lo que organizamos rápidamente otro vehículo para no cancelar su viaje. Durante el regreso a Asuán, el segundo coche también tuvo una a vería inesperada en medio del trayecto. En cuanto al minibús que mencionan, no fue exactamente como un “favor”, sino una solución inmediata para que pudieran continuar el viaje sin quedarse en la carretera. Además, después de que subieran, el minibús tuvo un problema con el aire acondicionado, algo que también fue una coincidencia desafortunada y ajena a nuestra responsabilidad. Queremos destacar que todos los vehículos son relativamente nuevos y no presentan problemas habituales. De hecho, esta excursión nos ha supuesto la reparación de tres vehículos distintos, algo totalmente excepcional. Lamentamos sinceramente las molestias ocasionadas y agradecemos su comprensión ante una situación tan fuera de lo común. Un cordial saludo.

Your reservation was for a standard round-trip car transfer to Abu Simbel, not a VIP service, not a guided tour, and not a luxury vehicle category. We always provide the exact service level that is booked. Regarding communication: Our contact numbers are active and available, and we respond to messages within a maximum of one hour. Your booking was confirmed, and we remained in contact with you on the day of the trip. Due to operational pressure that morning, the car arrival was delayed, but a vehicle was still arranged and the trip was completed as scheduled. Concerning the short desert stop: The driver briefly offered an optional 5-minute stop to enjoy the Aswan desert scenery before entering the main highway, which many guests appreciate for photos. You initially agreed, then asked him to return to the main road, and he immediately followed your request. We strongly reject the claim that the driver was attempting to avoid any police checkpoint. This assumption is incorrect and unfounded. Regarding the driving speed: During the trip, you clearly mentioned that you had a flight to catch and requested to move faster to avoid missing it. The driver tried to balance your time request with safe driving. When you later asked him to slow down, we contacted him directly and he adjusted his driving accordingly. It is also important to note that the Abu Simbel road is a long desert highway, and some sections are naturally dark at night, which is normal for this region. We respect all our guests equally, regardless of the hotel they stay in. The service level is based on the category booked, not the hotel standard. We regret that the experience did not meet your expectations, but describing the service as “dangerous” does not reflect the full context of the trip, especially considering the repeated requests to arrive faster due to your flight schedule.
