Detta är en personlig / anpassad turné. Vi samverkar med dig via e-post eller telefon i förväg om vin preferenser och intressen och sedan kurera en erfarenhet för dig baserat på det. Om du bestämmer dig för att lämna den till vår expertis tar vi dig borta från det slagna spåret till våra favorit dolda pärlor som vi upptäckt genom åren och presenterar dig för bra exempel på sydafrikanska viner. Vi kan inkludera parningar som Choklad / Vinparing: Ost / Vinparing: Champagne / Nougatparingar. Möjligheterna är oändliga !

Vi börjar dagen på Oldenburg Vineyards, utan tvekan en av de mest natursköna vingårdarna i Sydafrika med vackra vyer över vingårdarna och omgiven av en amfiteater av berg. Vinerna här är fantastiska och ett stort urval som passar allas smak. De serverar även elaka kaffe för dem som behöver en kickstart på dagen!
En av Sydafrikas främsta vingårdar uppkallad efter kanonen uppe på bergstoppen som brukade signalera ankomsten av fartyg till Kapstadens hamn för århundraden sedan Fokus på rött vin inklusive Sydafrikas egen sort ( Pinotage) Kanonkop var den första Estate i Sydafrika som fick en perfekt poäng på 100 poäng för sin 2015 Paul Sauer Bordeaux Blend
Den bästa ost- och vinkombinationen du någonsin kommer att uppleva! En mästarklass! Provsmakning görs utanför sittande bredvid en sjö och inkluderar Champagne.
Vi stannar för lunch vid deras syster Estate Gaurdian Peak med fantastiska visum över vinlandet. Alla gommar tillgodoses inklusive vegan/vegetarisk (för egen räkning)
Vårt sista stopp för dagen är den historiska vingården känd som Meerlust, åttonde generationen i familjen Mybergh. Genomsyrad av historia med kapholländsk arkitektur gör vi en provning i deras gamla fatrum. Kända för sina prisbelönta viner världen över Meerlust var den första Estate som producerade en Bordeaux Blend i Sydafrika 1980

Had a fantastic day with Willem! Custom tour set up for us that was wonderful. We appreciated that it was door to door pickup and drop-off. He was very informative and was able to answer our questions about the area, history of Cape Town and surrounding towns, as well as the wine farms. Perfect way to spend the day and enjoy some great wine and food tastings. Lunch at Tokara was a delight. We enjoyed an olive oil/food pairing prior to our lunch. Would highly recommend!

Our guide Pamela was very knowledgeable about the wines we were tasting and the region. The three wineries chosen were outstanding. The first one Muratie was my favorite because it had an interesting history. The cheese pairing at the next winery Lavenir was delightful. The lunch stop at Guardian Peak had gorgeous view and yummy food. The final stop Waterford Estate had a chocolate pairing which I enjoyed. We bought chocolate to take home.

Tsiba Tsiba was great to work with all throughout the process. They were communicative and allowed for a really great custom tour. My friend and I enjoyed our tour immensely. Our guide, Pamela, was very knowledgeable about the wines, and provided us with some really great history and insight into South Africa’s history, and Cape Town specifically as well. She was so great, we wanted her to stay with us for the rest of our trip!

We enjoyed a custom private wine tour of the Stellenbosch area with Eileen. Eileen did an amazing job thoughtfully selecting vineyards that met the specific preferences that we outlined before the tour. She was a pleasure to spend the day with as she's personable/friendly and has an absolute wealth of knowledge about wine and the region. Eileen is clearly a skilled guide as she took the extra effort to clearly communicate and clarify expectations, next steps, and her expert suggestions throughout the entire day. She also took the extra step of adding an olive oil tasting to help the non-drinker in the group feel that much more included. It felt like we had a friend taking us around to her favorite wineries, which was such a treat. She has clearly built strong relationships at each winery and the hospitality, generosity, and warmth extended to us. This tour is well worth it to enjoy a top-notch experience of an excellent wine region.

The private wine tour for 2 people was an absolutely fantastic day. Willem was a spectacular guide who was very knowledgable and incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend this tour for a day out of Cape Town to see the unbelievably beautiful wine country!

What a great day of touring 4 different wineries with Pamela our guide. Pamela knows her 'stuff' and we enjoyed our personal tour, just my wife and I and Pamela. She gave great recommendations for the wine and various pairings with cheese and other foods. The wineries were generous with their pours and we were certainly feeling it at the end of the day! Highly recommend this private tour, really gives you a flavor of the wine industry in South Africa. A fun time!
